It was late evening, the office lobby was bustling with energy as the employees gathered in small groups, chatting excitedly about their plan to hit the club after work. Taehyung walked out of his office, his sharp suit immaculate, his expression as unreadable as ever. The moment his presence was noticed, the chatter dimmed, and the employees exchanged nervous glances.

One brave soul stepped forward, clearing his throat."Uh, Sir," he began hesitantly, "we were, um, planning to go to a club tonight... It's just a casual outing... Would you like to join us?"

Taehyung raised an eyebrow, his gaze shifting over the group. It was clear the invitation was more out of formality than genuine enthusiasm. His lips parted to refuse when another voice chimed in."Yes, Sir, it would be great if you joined us," another employee added quickly, her tone polite but strained.

The group nodded in agreement, though the tension was palpable. No one actually expected Taehyung to agree.

In the corner of the group, Jungkook stood silently, his hands tucked into his pockets. He wasn't one to push anyone to do something they didn't want to, and he knew Taehyung's personality well enough to predict his answer. Still, not wanting to seem out of place, Jungkook stepped forward casually and added,

"You don't have to, Sir, but it'd be nice if you joined us-just for a while."

His tone was calm. It was a simple request, without any pressure or expectation.

Taehyung's eyes flickered to Jungkook, his refusal caught in his throat.

"I'll come," Taehyung said abruptly, his voice firm.

The employees froze, their eyes wide with surprise. A collective murmur of shock passed through the group before they hurriedly nodded and thanked him.

"That's... great, Sir! We'll see you there!" one of them stammered, the group quickly dispersing to avoid further awkwardness.

---

The club they chose was one of the most exclusive in the city, a sleek venue with dim lighting, pulsating music, and a vibrant atmosphere. As they entered, the staff immediately recognized Taehyung and escorted the group to a private area. The employees tried to loosen up, but the presence of their intimidating CEO kept them on edge.

Taehyung, however, was unusually relaxed. He ordered drinks for everyone and leaned back in his seat, his gaze fixed on Jungkook, who was effortlessly blending into the lively atmosphere. Jungkook didn't seem fazed by Taehyung's presence at all. He was chatting, laughing, and even joining the others on the dance floor.

One of the employees leaned toward Taehyung nervously."Sir, are you sure you don't mind all this?"Taehyung gave a small smile. "Relax. Enjoy yourselves. "

Despite his words, Taehyung's focus remained on Jungkook. He watched the younger man's every move-the way his lips curved into a smile, the way his laughter lit up the room. It was as though the rest of the club didn't exist.

The club was winding down as the employees' laughter turned slurred, their movements sluggish after hours of drinking. Jungkook's friends had been relentless in pushing shots into his hands all night, teasing him for being the only one who didn't drinking much .

"Come on, Jeon! You're no fun!" one of them had joked, handing him yet another drink.Jungkook, though reluctant at first, eventually caved to the peer pressure. Shot after shot, his sharp wit and easy composure began to dissolve into a hazy smile and carefree laughter.

Taehyung jaw tightened as he observed Jungkook's friends encouraging him to drink more. He wanted to intervene but knew he couldn't without drawing attention to himself. The CEO of the company babysitting his employee would raise too many questions, and Taehyung hated unnecessary gossip.

As the night came to an end, the employees began gathering their things to leave. Jungkook, however, was slumped on the couch, his head lolling to one side. Two of his friends nudged him."Jeon, wake up. Come on, man, let's get you home," one said, shaking his shoulder.

But Jungkook only groaned, his body limp.

"Uh, I don't know where he lives," the other admitted, scratching his head.

"Do you?"

"No idea," came the reply, both of them looking worried now.

Taehyung, who had been watching the scene unfold, stood up. he walked over to them."I know where he lives," Taehyung said coolly. "I'll make sure he gets home safely."

The employees exchanged relieved glances."Thank you, sir." one of them said before they left, leaving Taehyung alone with a drunken Jungkook.

Taehyung sighed as he crouched next to the couch, observing Jungkook closely. His cheeks were flushed, and his usually sharp eyes were closed, his features softer than usual in his drunken state.

Taehyung removed one of his gloves, his fingers brushing against Jungkook's face gently. His touch lingered, tracing the line of his jaw and the curve of his cheek.

"You're such a mess," Taehyung murmured, his voice barely above a whisper.

He picked up his drink from the nearby table and finished it in one long sip, his gaze never leaving Jungkook. Setting the glass down, he leaned back against the couch.

"I like you," Taehyung admitted quietly, his tone almost conversational, as though speaking to himself. "I like you more than I should."

He let the words hang in the air, knowing Jungkook couldn't hear them. Maybe that's why he felt bold enough to say them.

Taking out his phone, Taehyung called his bodyguards. Within minutes, two sharply dressed men arrived."Take him to my car," Taehyung instructed.

The bodyguards carefully lifted Jungkook and carried him outside. Taehyung followed, his hands in his pockets, his expression unreadable.

---

Inside the car, Jungkook was laid across the backseat, his head resting against the window. Taehyung sat beside him, his fingers tapping against his knee as he glanced at Jungkook's peaceful face.

"You're lucky because I , kim taehyung like you. " Taehyung said softly, though he knew Jungkook wouldn't respond.

As the car began to move, Taehyung leaned closer."I know where your house is, Jeon," he said, his voice low. "But I'm not taking you there."

He smirked faintly, brushing a stray strand of hair from Jungkook's forehead.
"You're coming home with me tonight."

The car sped through the city streets, the faint hum of the engine filling the silence as Taehyung settled back, his confession safely tucked away in the privacy of the night.
