Who among you here have hormonal imbalances in their systems? And what are hormonal imbalances in the first place? Plus, what can we do to fight these hormonal imbalances if ever we have one?

So first of all, who among you here have hormonal imbalances? You may wish to reply to that question in the comment section located on the bottom part of your screens, or so I remember.
Next, what are hormonal Imbalances. According to Google and brought to us by their AI, A hormonal imbalance occurs when the body has too much or too little of one or more hormones.
This may result to a gradual shift of your gender preferences or your gender as a whole. This may come from the food you eat, people that surround you, and the environment around you. The latter may trigger you to be more imbalanced than you already were.
If in terms of food, on the other hand, this may come from foods that are either injected with the female hormone estrogen or more of the male hormone, testosterone. This may also help trigger the result of you being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, just like what happened to me.
So, according to Google's AI Overview, hormones are injected into animals to increase the efficiency and profitability of the meat and dairy industries:
Weight gain: Hormones help young animals gain weight faster.
Milk production: Hormones increase the amount of milk produced by dairy cows.
Feed efficiency: Hormones help animals convert feed into meat more efficiently.
Muscle development: Hormones improve muscle-building abilities in cattle.And so, the FDA has approved of these injections toward the animals specifically chicken, pigs and cows, plus other animals as well.
Though, at times your environment also serves a high chance of you gradually shifting your gender role and eventually leaning towards a hormonal imbalance, too. Say you have a bunch of best friends that are part of the LGBTQ+ community and you are constantly around them, that is one of the causes of why you bend your gender and prefer other genders in between male and female as well.
Now how can you combat being a hormonal imbalanced person? You may want to eat healthier, avoid eating animals injected with such hormones, then do physical exercises as well, plus a good sleep will work too. And lastly, consult different doctors that may or may not specialize on the hormonal imbalances cases. That's really the basics.
But for me, I can no longer control myself and I do not watch how I eat because of how stressed I am. And as I have said in the previous chapter, food is my only comfort here since I have no friends here in Cebu, no siblings to have healthy family relationships with, and so, yeah. I just did not care anymore about myself.
So all I ask of you now, is that, you would not consider following my footsteps, be more disciplined and stay away from things mentioned earlier. Those tips above would help a lot in maintaining the balance of your hormones.
