"I don't have a choice"

Mitch all but forced Levi to let him pay for the expenses of the plane ride home. At first he'd begged for Levi to stay, that his own slip up should not ruin the boy's vacation, but Levi was not interested. Mitch told him that there was no way he had flown all the way here just for him, that he surely wanted to go sightseeing and explore the country, but he'd admitted that he really and truly came for Mitch and only Mitch. It only added insult to injury for the brunette, and he found himself missing the tall man despite him standing a few feet away.

The two had a final farewell, and they both hated that it was not just from this extremely short trip, but from their relationship as a whole, and neither of them walked away with a dry eye.

However, Mitch forced himself to keep it together for the comfort of his driver as they rode back to the hotel; but as soon as he entered his room, relieved to find it empty without the presence of a certain blonde, he ran to the shower, immediately letting his tears go as the warm water provided comfort.

"Text me when you guys formulate some kind of plan, okay?"

"Of course babe. See you later."

Scott gave Esther a hug as they parted ways and walked to their rooms. He wasn't sure how he would spend his day, but he felt obligated to invite Levi and Mitch, considering that Alex was always included while he visited, and Scott felt that Mitch's boyfriend deserved the same treatment.

He walked into the room and set the water bottles that he'd bought into their refrigerator before noticing the sound of the shower running.

The mental image of Levi and Mitch showering together entered his mind before he could help it and he found himself gagging. But as soon as he noticed, the water was turned off, and he could picture an extremely awkward encounter if he did not escape now. He gathered his phone and wallet as quickly as possible before running towards the door, but apparently not fast enough as the bathroom door opened.

"Oh God," Scott muttered, closing his eyes.

"Didn't know I was that ugly. Thanks." Mitch couldn't help but let the comment slip past his lips, or the overbearing amount of solemnity delivered with the words, no sign of a joke present.

Scott sighed. "You know I don't think you're ugly."

Mitch moved past him, not wanting or knowing how to address any situation at the moment besides curling up into bed for the rest of his day off.

He slipped boxers on under his towel before letting it drop from his waist and throwing on a large t-shirt, one that neither of the two boys wanted to admit was Scott's.
