CHAPTER 16: Having Fun

Yuna and Mae walked out of the pizza shop to go to the store Mae wanted.

On their way there, Yuna bumped into someone.
YUNA:"Ouch."
LIAM:"I'm so sor-"
YUNA:"Liam?"
LIAM:"Oh, Yuna. What are you doing here?"
YUNA:"Just, having pizza with my friends, and you?"
LIAM:"Alia here wanted to get pizza too."
ALIA:"Hello Yuna!"
YUNA:"Hi! You guys should totally join us."
LIAM:"Sure, but where are you guys headed to?"
MAE:"To that store."
ALIA:"We will come with you guys."
YUNA:"Okay!"

They went to the store together;
MAE:"Ooo i want this lip gloss!"
ALIA:"What shade is that? That's so pretty."
YUNA:"Hmm, I think this lip glaze is good. Oh and it's brown - orange? Perfect, it's my shade!"
LIAM:"I'm definitely not getting something, laughs*"

After that little shopping spree, they went back to the pizza shop.

LEX:"Guys, it took you so long. Pizza's already here."
REI:"Who are they Yuna?"
YUNA:"My friends, Liam and Alia."
REI:"Hello guys."
JUSTIN:"Nice to meet you."
LIAM AND ALIA:"Hello, nice meeting you too."
YUNA:"Let's all eat!"

Time skip~
They all went home after that
REI'S POV:
REI:"Bro open the door."
ASH:"Coming!"
JUSTIN:"Hey man we brought something for you."
ASH:"Pizza? Pepperoni, my favorite. Thanks man."
REI:"Do you know who's that from? Well I told Yuna that I have a friend that also likes pepperoni pizza and she said to give them to you."
ASH:"Oh well thank you."
JUSTIN:"Yuna seems cool and nice."
REI:"Falling?"
JUSTIN:"No no"
ASH:"Yeah right Justin, i wouldn't fall for her before if she's not kind hearted."
JUSTIN:"Wait you did?"
REI:"He's just kidding."
ASH:"Oh yeah.. yeah"

Okay Reader back to Yuna's POV:

She decided to try to message Ash..

"How have you been?"

No response.

She tried again and again but no response. She doesn't want to give up, and kept going.

2 weeks later:
LEX:"Oh my god, my birthday is coming! I'm so excited"
MAE:"Me too, can't wait!"
YUNA:"Yeah."
LEX:"Are you okay Yuna?"
YUNA:"I tried texting him.. but no response"
MAE:"I'm so sorry, didn't you think it's time to-"
LEX:"It's okay Yuna, it'll take time maybe he's just busy."
YUNA:"Bust on what? It's been years, i think he forgot about me..."
MAE:"Don't say that Yuna."
YUNA:"But it's the truth!"
LEX:'"I think you need to forget about him too , it's for the best. So you dont get hurt anymore Yuna."
YUNA:"You think so? you think i should forget about him?"
MAE:"We both do."

After that incident Yuna decided to wait a little bit more to see if he will respond to any of her messages.

2 months later:
At Yuna's bedroom;

As she clean her room, she saw her plushies. The one Ash got for her. She picked it up.

"Do you think.. Ash still remember me ?"
She said with her eyes filled with tears. She just can't believe that Ash could do that to her.

Every night Yuna would cry and think about him, while Ash also thinks about her. They're doing the same why can't they just meet?!

LEX:"Yuna!"
YUNA:"Yeah..?"
LEX:'Get up, we're going somewhere."
YUNA:"Wait what? where, and why?"
LEX:"You're always in your room let's eat outside!"
YUNA:"Oh. Thankyou."
LEX:"Of course, I'll wait for you here ."

Time skip~
At the park, Yuna felt great. They're sitting in the bench with doughnuts on their right hand and coffe on their left.

They talk, laugh, and had the great time.Then Miles, who's walking, saw them.

MILES:"Girls?"
LEX:"Oh hello!"
YUNA:"Hi Miles"
MILES:"Can i have some? smiles*"
YUNA:"Of course, laughs*"

Miles sat with Yuna and Lex.

A few minutes later, Rei called Lex;
She answered the phone

"Yes Rei?"
"Hey uhm- uh i was- uh , sorry I'm just nervous."
"Hey don't be it's fine, what is it?"
"Do you maybe- uhm want to go out with me?"
"Why be nervous? We already had dinner before."
"I don't know, laughs awkwardly*"
"Of course Rei, i would love to."
"Great I'll pick you up, tomorrow"
"Sounds great! Okay bye."
"Bye, Lex. See you."

Call ended.

YUNA:"Lex....?"
LEX:"Rei asked me out! Omg."
MILES:"I knew it! You guys are literally perfect for each other!'
YUNA:"So when is it?"
LEX:"Tomorrow!"

REI'S POV:
REI:"Hey Ash, I'm going out with Lex tomorrow and i need a gift maybe?"
ASH:"What do you mean exactly?"
REI:"Can you come with me? To the mall. I'll buy something for her"
ASH:"Why do i have to come?"
REI:"Just help me bro."

On their way to the mall;

Lex noticed Yuna, looking at something.

LEX:"Everything okay?"
YUNA:"I- i thi-"
