"Cm'on Emmy it's gonna be along night and it's new years Eve! Just ask him," Samantha whined begging over the phone. I swear I could have cursed myself right at the moment seeing the clock and then over back to the door. She really was trying this bullshit. "You know I can't Sam, Sebastian would beat me if I even 'THOUGHT' about going." "It's Tiffany's bashing evening event!" Isighed and toss my phone after putting it on speaker then slopping to the warm carpet. "Like hell that's going to happen,where are you anyway isn't Eli with you, you know his going to ---bleep--- you if he finds out your talking to me, I'm grounded you know."

S:"Out with Thomas and Toby,-"

E: "As in our husband's friend-"

S: "Yes, dont ask"

E: "...Why?"

S:* Sigh* "Long story short Toby asked me to help."

E: "Okay???"

"Anyways girl you have to come it's the biggest bash yet!" I wanted to scream that I couldn't even as Sam continued to beg me to go with her, I sighed. "I'll ask him though I dout he'll spare me from asking."

Sammy's pov

"Okay bye bestie!" I hooked off the phone sliping it in my pocket and Toby sits just side glazing at me "What she say?" he asked seated just a foot away by me.

Thomas knelt down trying to help Toby put on his slip in the back zip, it was stange never hearing about zips in back of a neck vest, i found it a weird design choice who ever designed it.

"She say's she'll ask though she doubts she'd have her ass spared ." Thomas looked at me for a split second before popping my thigh and i winched "hey ,what was tha for!?" I cried Toby looked away avoiding the suddenness of the tension now. "Watch your words" he warns while I rub the spot he slapped. "Jeez it's in the bible it means Donkey!" he slapped me again and I squeaked. "OW okay okay I'm sorry!"

He rose a single finger inches away from my face "Keep it up and I'll tell Eli about ur language." he warned my eyes widened. "No dont Eli wont let me go to Tiffs! Please!" I now plead

He crossed his arms "Then watch yourself." I nervously nodded "Thank you." Toby and I sighed none of Eli's leniency was going to spare if he found out I was just falling away before even the party took way.

The mall took about another hour I sat waiting for thomas and Toby to come out so we'd go out and eat for lunch tonight. Since Eli was working tonight I texted I'd be out getting lunch with the boys,

{-Eli's text-+} Alright, Samantha behave yourself dont let me hear you were otherwise, you know what I do and dont allow.

I rolled my eyes he could atleast gave me some faith, I respond with {+-My text-}Yes sir, I will.

He texted I loved you and I said I loved him back. I placed my phone back into my purse and stood up the light far brighter when I first saw it. I looked around when I saw someone leaning just a few feet away from me.

"Hey gorgeous~" here we go again... I walked off hearing Thomas and Toby in the direction of hot topic ignoring the guy. The time I walked to a different direction from where the man spoke again.

" Hello I'm talking to you girl!" I walked quicker not giving him my attention the man than began to walk forward in high steps,

My chest pumpt then and there but I try and keep my cool. Just ignore them. The person quicken their steps and I dashed my mind raced as I continued on to the area where Toby and Thomas was.

I looked back the sound of him seemed to gain even more momentum "H-hey Thomas!" I ran Thomas standing to the side of the store. He looked to my direction and notice me being followed "Thomas!" i waved a hand and his calm emotion turn to one of protect.

The man didnt stop however and continued still in pursuit of me Thomas pulled me his arms and gestured a protective embrace into him he glaces up at the man as he seemed to stop in the moment.

"It's alright I've got you." he whispered gently and with eger it made me feel save as my chest begin to easy nearly, "He's still there isn't he?" "shh."

The man stopped in front of us Thomas's took a protective front in front of me, I stood trying to guard myself from behind him.

"Hey thanks for finding my girl man. I'll be taken her now." did he just say his girl, at his words I wanted to punch him I wasn't anyone elses except for Eli's girl. It made my blood boil.

Thomas got me even more pressed as he hears this bastered talk, his brows narrowed his knuckles balling to fist. "Your gir?" he browed his shoulders up his body pressed even more my back against the wall.

"Hey can we get some help over here!?" Toby looks and instantly calls for help a near by cop just out side the perimeter. He waved to the cop and got their attention

"What seems to be the trouble?" the cop confronted, the man backed the officer's eyes taking in my situation.

The man seemed frozen and I sighed in relief, Thomas and Toby now stood by me, after talking with the officer the man was arrest for attempted asult and disrupting of peace.

"Thank you." I looked to them both and they shook their heads. "No need for that we wouldnt have just stood by and do nothing."

Toby says, " You shouldnt have to go though that." I nodded "still thanks for protecting me." Thomas smiled "Any time, you're our friend, Sam."
