Doctor-"Congratulations you guys are having a beautiful baby...boy."

Cosima smiles widely, then looks at her fiancé before kissing her passionately. Delphine has tears rolling down her eyes from being so happy and forgets all that is happening because in that moment they are a family. Delphine kisses back with just as much passion before feeling Cosima squeeze her hand and pulling away. The doctor has left the room to print out some pictures of the baby.

Cosima bites her lip before whispering,
"I love you." As she turns her head to face Delphine. "I love you too,I always will." Delphine replies, letting go of Cosima's hand with the thought of the past few weeks coming to mind. They remain silent and wait for the doctor to come back.

10 min later the doctor returns with an envelope and gives it to Delphine before setting up another appointment. Cosima zones out half way through the talk. When they are free to leave Delphine gets up from the bed, turning her head towards Cosima to catch a glimpse of her, then walks out in front with Cosima following behind her. They get to the parking lot and split their separate ways, each not knowing what to expect once they reach home.

Cosima arrives at the house first due to her fast driving while Delphine arrives a few minutes later. When Delphine walks in the house Cosima is no where to be scene and as she approaches her room she sees the bathroom light on with the door shut, indicating where Cosima is.

Cosima on the other hand is coughing up more blood, nothing new, and is trying to get her breathing under control. Each day is different then the last, one day she will be fine and full of energy, while the next day she's coughing and can barely stand.

Cosima walks out of the bathroom and spots Delphine sitting on the bed waiting for her.

"We need to talk."
