"No, I said a twin room and two rooms with king beds" Jaehyun said, awkwardly clearing his throat and trying to keep it between himself and the hotel receptionist but it was clear to everyone else what was going on

"You said a twin room with two king sized beds..." she corrected awkwardly.

"Why would I—is there any other rooms available" he asked again, getting a little agitated. Yunhui let out a sigh as her shoulders drooped, all she wanted to do was take a nice hot bath and change into comfy pyjama, curling up into the hotel bed with a movie.

"Unfortunately we're all booked up for Christmas season sir" The receptionist responded politely after clicking the keys on there keyboard for a few seconds. Jaehyun parted his lips to speak again, hoping for a change, until he felt Yunhui's hand tap his shoulder lightly

"Yeah?" He asked, turning around to face her with frustration visible in his eyes, although he immediately relaxed at the sight of her not looking too pressed about the situation

"There's two king sized beds. I can sleep with Minhyuk in one and you can sleep with Jinah in the other one" she suggested with a simple shrug

"Are you sure?" Jaehyun asked, not wanting to overstep any boundaries—even though that line between them had started to grow thin already.

"As long as I have a bed, I'll be okay" she said with a soft chuckle, the tiredness in her voice showing as she looked towards the receptionist again

"Could we get the keys?" She asked and the receptionist smiled, passing over the two keycards in their direction

"Thank you" Jaehyun sheepishly said with a smaller voice, starting to follow Yunhui's lead as she turned to walk towards Johnny and Haerin

"Did you guys get sorted?" Haerin asked, looking like she was ready to take a long bath from the pressure of being on her feet all day

"Yeah, we're just across the hall" Yunhui said, looking down at Minhyuk who was about to doze off already

"Wait like...in one room?" Johnny asked, a teasing smile growing on his face until Haerin nudged his side with her elbow

"They were booked up" Jaehyun said quickly to clear his name and make sure everyone else knew it wasn't intentional

"So are we having a sleepover?!" Jinah shouted excitedly with tiny jumps. Jaehyun quickly shushed her as his cheeks turned a bright shade of pink

"Yes we are" he said, ruffling her hair as they began walking towards the elevator and avoiding the gushing whispers behind him from Johnny and Haerin

"Hyuk, you need to stay awake for dinner" Yunhui said, quickly picking him up into her arms with a slight huff from how heavy he was getting already

"Sleepy" Minhyuk mumbled against her shoulder as his eyes drooped down

"Me too but you can have ice cream after" she said, trying to get him to stay awake for a little longer

"Ice cream?" The two kids asked at the same time, making Yunhui blink twice in surprise as their heads shot up with a newfound level of excitement

"Mhm" she nodded, looking towards Jaehyun with a sheepish smile and he bit back a chuckle, shaking his head to let her know it wasn't a problem with him.

Eventually everyone had gotten settled into their rooms, unpacking their bags quickly as their stomachs rumbled in desperation for food. Minhyuk on the other hand spared no time to claim one of the beds as his, digging himself under the sheets immediately.

"What are you doing? I told you we need to go eat soon" Yunhui said with a slight pout, trying to shake him awake but he only dug himself into the covers to try fall asleep quickly

"Should we order room service instead? I think he's really tired out" Jaehyun said, looking towards her and she nodded with a sigh

"It would've been nice to have dinner with Haerin and Johnny though" she said, slipping off her jacket and walking towards the closet to take out a hanger

"Hmm...I think those two would actually prefer some time alone anyway" Jaehyun said with a light chuckle and Yunhui looked over her shoulder with a smile at his words. Jaehyun's eyes remained on his phone, his thumb scrolling mindlessly through the several work notifications he had been putting off before finally plugging it in and deciding not to bother with it.

"The menu actually looks really good" Jaehyun said with a pleased expression, his eyes turning towards Yunhui who had stepped beside him to view the menu as well

"Woah...I already know what I want" she said, her mouth almost watering at the star class food the hotel had to offer

"Me too.." Jaehyun said with the same voice. The both turned to look at each other, narrowing their eyes to see if they actually wanted the same thing

"Steak"

"Lobster"

The two looked at each other with wide eyes and a growing smile on their lips. Jaehyun shook his head with a laugh before picking up the hotel room phone to place an order for their dinner.

"So a surf and turf platter for us...what about the kids?" Jaehyun asked and Yunhui hummed

"I don't think Minhyuk will wake up for food, Jinah what do you want to eat?" She asked, looking towards the girl who was playing with the plushie Jaehyun had won her at the fair earlier

"Chicken nuggies!" She said with a happy tone

"Okay chick—"

"And Ice Cream...you promised.." she said, holding the adults accountable and Jaehyun rolled his eyes with a nod

"Okay but you're taking a bath before bed" Jaehyun said with a slightly strict tone and she nodded

"Speaking of baths, I'm going to take one now...can you please order us some Prosecco as well" Yunhui asked, a hopeful smile on her lips to try convince him—not that she really had to anyway since he was ready to do whatever she would ask

"Prosecco? What's the occasion?" Jaehyun teased, pressing the dial for room service

"The occasion is me finally taking a nice long bubble bath for the first time in like...forever" she said dramatically, heading towards the bathroom as she heard Jaehyun speaking on the phone

"Let me know when the food gets here" she said quietly to Jinah, ruffling her hair before slipping into the bathroom, leaving the door slightly ajar incase she was needed.
