I woke up to someone shaking me. I opened my eyes to see Andrew next to me.
"Paige, Paige! You're wanted,"
I blinked away the sleep. "Say what Andrew?"
"I dunno what they were on about, I guess someone asked Jordan a question about you and he wants you to answer it for yourself."
At that moment Jordan walked through the door, over to us and stuck his hand out.
"Come on Paige, up you get." he indicated his stuck out hand. I grab it and he pulls me up. Dusting my jeans I helped Andrew up. Who stood there awkwardly.
"I, um, better." I stopped him with a hug.
"Say 'hi!' to Dan for me would ya?" I mumbled into his ear, he nodded.
"Yeah sure, bye!" he walks off. I turned around, producing a bit of paper and pen from my pocket. I scribble on the bit of paper and run over to him.
"You can't lose me now, forever and always!" I whisper to him, he turns around and laughs. I saw him open the note, read what I wrote down and smiled as he shoved the bit of paper back into his pocket whistling a tune as he went.
Jordan held the doors open for me, by now the crowd was chanting for me, Tom leading the chant. Jordan laughed and grabbed my hand before opening the door.
"Don't worry about the people, just act like you would for my YouTube fans, OK? It's basically all of my fans in one room." I took a deep breath and nodded.
"Okay,"
Jordan and I walked through the doors together, the crowd erupts and it takes a while for Tom to calm them down. It was quiet for a second, then it happened.
"Oh. My. God! It's RollingMeadows!" One girl screamed, her comment bouncing off the walls.
"Oh my god! You're right!"
But one comment everyone heard.
"RollingMeadows! Why did you post on Twitter that you weren't coming here, why did you lie to us? Why did you lie to your fans?" then everyone that watched me in the crowd got angry. They tried to watch to the front of the stage, luckily the security guards manged to fend them off.
"Why?"
"Why did you do that?"
"Why would you lie to us?"
"How could you!"
"Guys!" The crowd fell silent, "let her explain herself!"
"Thanks Tom." I took the mic from him. He flashed a smile at me. I looked down at the mic, rolling it in my hands. How was I going to explain this situation and how do I put it into words?
"Ahem, um. First off hello everyone. How do I say this? I'm actually here with Jordan on a family... Vacation? And which Jordan surprised me by getting two tickets here." I fiddled with the tag around my neck. Ten outta ten for quick thinking Paige!
"So, what was the question?" I said before I handed Tom the mic back. He shrugged his shoulders and the crowd started to laugh.
"I forgot."
