Sonja and I walked out together.
She wore a dress also, it was midnight blue, with white stripes, ending just above her knees. She wore her hair down, and wore high heels, like mine, but white.
"Here" she stops me outside of the door, holding out a little black box, wrapping in a single white ribbon.
"Happy birthday RollingMeadows!" she clips on her own necklace, it was a heart pendant, shimmering in the light.
I walked down the hallway, following Sonja's footsteps.
I was studying this little box.
Sonja stopped at the end of the hallway, nearly making me walking into her, she turns around, shielding me from the boys.
"Have you opened it yet?" she hisses, I shake my head.
"Ugh, open it now please" I do as she says, pulling the ribbon off I open the lid.
"Wow, it's beautiful Sonja! Thank you!" I hug her.
It was a small pendant, hanging off a silver chain. The pendant itself was two diamond swords clashing, the Mianite sign, but if you look closely, the sword's are signed by Jordan, Tucker, Sonja, Tom, Dec, Champwin and the newest member to the Mianite group, Waglington.
"Wow" I breathe out. She clips it around my neck, careful not to clip my hair, she turns around.
"May I present to you, Paige Maron!" she steps left, making me the center of attention. I look up, into each of the boy's eyes, smiling, also signaling each of them to close their mouth, especially Tucker, he's taken.
"Guys!" They all came to look at me.
"Wow, you look-"
"You look great, now lets go" Jordan grabs my arm, cutting Tom off mid sentence.
"Now, you guys ready?" he asks the others, acting if everything was normal.
Two faced much?
