Tom put his arm around my waist, pulling me in close, also taking a bite out of my cotton candy.
"Awwe" I pout "was all you wanted the cotton candy?" he gave me a quick peck on the cheek, "happy now" I blushed.
"Yes, very" we walk around the carnival, the yells and screams of happy children brought out my very own inner child.
"Can we play the minigames?" I ask, looking up into his eyes.
"Sure thing babe" I smiled to myself.
"Look! Whack-a-mole!" I run over to the booth, my eyes scanning over the prizes, locking on a small white bear. Tom looked at the bear and smiled.
"What about I win that for you?"
"You can try, but it's the thought that counts Thomas" he pays the man two dollars and picks up the hammer.
"Three, two, one go!"

"Oh. My.God. Paige!" Tom pouts at me.
"Look, i'm sorry i'm good at this game!" I face away from Tom, turning around to face the man running the booth "that white bear please" he smiles and hands Tom the bear, they must of secretly hooked up a plan I thought.
"Look! I won my wonderful girlfriend a prize! I totally won it for her!" he hands me the white bear and I burst out laughing. I look over at Tom and saw the hurt in his face so I sobered up.
"Sorry Tom"
"It was meant to plan out as one of those cheesy movies where the sence is romantic-"
"The sence is romantic you egg" I cut him off
"You didn't let me finish" I laugh "the sence is romantic and the couple walks over to one of the booths, it's important to let the girl pick the booth, then, the guy comes into play wins the girl the prize she wanted, not the girl wins her own prize while the guy tries" I pout.
"Poor Thomas, you'll get plenty more chances to redeem yourself" I grab hold of his hand, leading him away from the booth, walking over to a different booth. I pay the woman and pick up the fishing rod, Tom doing the same. The music starts up and Tom grabs hold of my free hand.
"You can redeem yourself now Tom" I whisper before casting my rod into the game.
