CHAPTER-37: he is a monster

ANIKA POV

Ugh! This hurts....my head hurts.

I rubbed my head as I felt a throbbing ache on my forehead. I rubbed my temple as I squeezed my eyes shut, feeling a little relieved. I then blinked my eyes a few times to examine my surroundings but a gasp left my mouth when I saw the place I was present.

Dark.....it was dark and dirty. The dungeon looked old and rusty with dirty walls. A mattress was placed on the floor and a corner held a toilet seat. I felt a shiver running down my spine as I ran the possibilities of my future being held here. I looked around the big dungeon and felt my legs being held in a shackle. I tried to move a little bit because the weight around my ankle was making it difficult to take big steps.

A small dim light was coming from the corridor and what caught my attention was a scratching on the wall-' VIKRAM' it said.

Where am I? What is this place?

My eyes snapped at the door of the dungeon as it was opened with force and I saw two figures approaching towards him. They stood a little away from me and I shut my eyes when there was sudden rush of light in the dark room.

" Oh my, my.....she is actually a sight to behold*chuckle*. No doubt that stone turned into a mushy lover after meeting her for the very first time." I blinked my eyes as soon as I heard the voice.

I saw a man in his 50s standing infront of me. I felt insects crawling all over my body wherever his eyes travelled all over my body. He licked his lips and bit on them when his eyes fell on my breast.

" What's your name pretty girl?" He asked lustfully.

Don't feel scared Nika. No need to fall weak infront of such people....

" Mrs. Anika Vikram Shergill." I said with confidence and my voice was steady.

" Huh! I am sure by the end of this month you'll forget that name and will only remember to be a good submissive." He said and turned around to leave-" is it?" I said and he again looked at me over his shoulder.

" What if I tell you that you'll be on your knees within 3 days. Begging my HUSBAND to spare your excuse of a life" I said with a smirk and fire in my eyes. He gritted his teeth and walked out of the room and his guard followed him out of the room.

I fell on my knees as my legs gave up on me. They felt weak and shaking as I realised the depth of the situation I was.

VIKRAM POV

I was pacing back and forth as we were sitting in Amogh's study room. I am waiting for the update and soon the door open revealing Vidhi standing at the entrance.

" Ghani khamma Hukum sa" she greeted Amogh and good evening to us. Amogh nodded his head as he faced her. I didn't move from my place as she took her place in one of the couch present. Amogh leaned on his chair behind a huge mahogany table as he stared at the woman sitting with nervous posture.

" Vidhi.....you've been working with us for quite a few years so by now you should be well aware with our nature" he said as his gaze became harder.

" J....ji hukum sa" she said in a small voice and her hands started trembling.

" Then, you will give us all the answers without wasting our precious time. I. Want. Truth" Amogh almost growled by the end. My mind was playing all the possibilities of the dangers MY WIFE could be in at that very moment. I looked at vidhi as she just nodded her head.
