As waves collide
And stars glide
In all side but one
And roam with no guide
As the night gives in
To temptation and sin
And drink wine and gin
Amongst animals and trees that grin
And I dance in the night sky
And wish to leave the world by
And see stars twinkle and sigh
And see the fading world that spins till nigh
So I cry and weep
For a world where feelings lie deep
And I laugh and lie in heap
Like the wicked master of sheep
