"How did the meeting with my dad go?" Lethia asked as I take a seat at the dining table.
"It went well. I will start to take care of the issues tomorrow. Your brother was here earlier too since I asked for a few documents but he said he couldn't stay for dinner." Tonight I made a simple meal which is lasagna and Caesar salad.
"Wow- the sauce is really nice." Lethia said with her mouth full after she took a bite of the lasagna.
"I made the sauce from scratch." Lethia's eyes widened.
"When did you find the time to do all these?!" Huh?
"I made the sauce a few weeks back. The former head maid that used to take care of me when I was little taught me how to cook. It looks fun so I picked it up as a hobby. I'm glad you enjoy my cooking." Lethia hummed.
"Do you know how to make seafood boil?" I nodded.
"How about this weekend we take a day off and just eat seafood? You can invite your grandparents and I can invite my family. Let's get together." That's actually not a bad idea.
"Oh wait- when are you going abroad?"
"In a few weeks. I'm not busy this weekend." Lethia smiled.
"So, what do you think?" I hummed.
"Let's do it."
