Najah cried into Boogie's arms while he comforted her. There wasn't much he could say to stop her from crying so he comforted her the best way he could.

"It's gone be ite. You gotta get yoself together before we go inside. I understand you upset right now but you don't even know what's going on yet." Boogie spoke

"But- but what if they can't save her and the baby? Then what?" Najah sobbed "Bae" Boogie sighed not knowing what to say.

He pulled her into a hug and rubbed her back. Boogie wanted her to stop crying so she wouldn't make everyone else even more anxious than they already were.

Boogie wiped her face with some napkins Najah had in her purse. He then made her look at him to make sure she didn't look like she was crying which she did but she didn't look too bad.

"You good enough?" He asked "Sure" She shrugged as she hopped out of his truck.

RJ and Bobbi had gotten into a car accident on their way home earlier today. Najah's mom got the call from the hospital so she immediately let their father know what was going on with them.

Najah wiped her face dry then went inside with Boogie holding her hand. She then found her parents and sat with them.

Mir and Nasia were also there but Najah ignored their presence. She laid her head on Boogies shoulder then prayed silently.

For almost two hours they sat in the waiting area to see what was going on with them.

"Family of Roman Monroe Jr!" The doctor spoke. Najah looked over at Boogie and hugged him tighter being anxious about what the doctor would say next. "Roman made it through surgery, he's doing just fine. You guys can go in whenever you're ready."

"Okay, thank God!" Najah's mom sighed being very relieved. "What about Bobbi though?" Mir asked

"She's still in surgery." He simply responded. "Anything on the baby?" Najah questioned

"I'm not sure, there's other surgeons working on her. I don't know anything yet but once I find out you'll be the first to know."

"Now you can follow me this way." He added as he began directing them to RJ.

Once they got to his room they saw a nurse helping him drink water.

"Aww my poor baby! I told you, you had to start wearing your seatbelt Roman." His mom cried noticing he had stitches on his forehead

"Mama don't start that." RJ smacked his lips. "My head bangin." He added

"What did I tell you about driving that car so fast Roman?" His mom asked. "Kerri he just said don't start that, damn. I'm glad you good man, what the hell was you thinking driving that fast and your girl pregnant man?!" Roman spoke shaking his head.

"He clearly wasn't thinking." Najah sighed

RJ sat there silently knowing he was wrong. The only thing on his mind was Bobbi and their baby.

"I know man but ion wanna hear that. Bobbi okay?" He questioned "She's still in surgery so we don't know yet." Najah shrugged before sighing again.

"How long that's gone take? I gotta make sure she good so I can ease my mind. Can you go find out please Najah?"

"RJ we just talked with the doctor before we came in here." She responded "Please?" He asked again, ignoring everything she said.

"I'll see what I can find out." Najah got up so Boogie followed her out the room. Once they found a nurse Najah spoke with her to figure out if Bobbi was done with her surgery yet.
