Yerin got a surprise call from Haechan, which meant he probably was serious about playing. She quickly fixed her outfit and touched up her hair before accepting the call.
"Hey pretty." Haechan said, his voice was so raspy yet smooth probably from all the singing he was doing. She was suprised to hear how different he sounded like then how he did in front of the cameras.
"Hi." She squeaked out, she was shy from getting a call from him right after they were talking again. She placed the screen on her lap so the camera was focusing on the switch in her hands.
They sat over the line in silence, as she was trying to pick an outfit and he was just picking which song to use as a background. "Okay lets start." She shuffled in her seat trying to get comfortable as they were in the lobby waiting for every player to join.
"Which place do you wanna go?" Yerin was scanning the map and she tried to find the best place to loot without meeting their enemies in the first few seconds.
"Quick Rin, we need to pick one before they loot the stuff." Her heart raced even faster from the pressure of picking a nice place and the fact that he still called her Rin.
"Uhm, i guess we should go to pleasant park." She said shyly, feeling like her heart beat would be heard by Haechan over the line.
"Good girl." He always teased her but she didn't expect him to say something like that out of the blue, her cheeks burned red and she quickly turned off her camera which resulted in to a loud laugh from over the line.
"Don't say that." She quickly put back her camera on as the redness that stained her cheeks, disappeared.
"Why not?" He hummed, talking to her whole killing some people that were trying to get to snipe her in the game.
"Because-" She was about to continue before one of the people that was trying to snipe her injured Haechan, so she quickly built some walls and healed him.
She sighed as she finally healed him and gave him some of her juice so he could fight those players for her. "Thanks angel." he quickly started taking down the enemies with ease .
"No worries." She leaned into the headboard of her bed and pushed her turtleneck up so he couldn't see what those pet names were doing to her.
Her fingers were gliding over the switch as she was trying to kill some people, Haechan noticed over the screen how her nose scrunched whenever she was focusing on something.
"Need help?" She looked at the phone and realised he was staring at her play.
"Nah, I can take these people with my bare hands." She tried to flex her biceps, which did not work as there was nothing to flex at all so she just sent a wink to him instead.
