No One's POV~

Powder runs through streets and cuts through dark alleys. She's trying to shake this thug, but he won't get lost. The bluenette is panting, but she keeps running with the bag of treasure slung on her back.

She makes a quick turn onto a dock, and looks back to check if she lost him. When she takes another turn, she realizes that it was a dead end.

Powder stopped running and pressed her back against the brick wall which hid her from the man's view. While peeking around the corner, Powder knocked a wooden plank over which made a loud sound.

The thug snapped his head towards Powder and plastered on a slimy grin. Fumbling around for nails, Powder loaded up her bomb to defend herself.

"Come on, Mouser. I need you!"

Powder threw Mouser at the bum, and it rolled slowly to his feet. The man stood there with wide eyes. The two watched the bomb as it ticked, waiting for it to detonate.

POOF, the bomb released a small cloud of pink glitter. But nothing more.

"No!"

The man starts approaching Powder, and he was eyeing her bag of topside treasure. She thought quickly and tossed the bag into the water. As the man lunged forward to try and save the bag, Powder made her escape to safety.

Y/n POV~
"You did what?"

"I tried to fight him off with mouser, but she didn't work."

"Who saw that coming?"

"It's all right, Powder. At least you're safe," vi speaks up.

"We never should have gone over there."

"First off, Mylo, stop projecting your insecurities onto your little sister. Second, Bear, you gotta breathe and live a little."

"Easy for you to say, y/n. You can 'live a little' because people listen to you and are scared of you," Claggor says.

"Both are true," I hum.

"It doesn't matter if we went on the job or not, Claggor. The stuff's gone," Vi says.

Vi and I move closer to Powder and put a hand on each of her shoulders. She looks up at us, and we give her reassuring smiles.

"Okay? What about us? I get my face bashed in, and she gets a pass?"

"Yup," Vi and I say in unison.

We walk onto the elevator, and we descend farther underground and into the lanes.

"Every time. Every time she comes, something goes wrong."

I grab Mylo's ear and bring it close to my mouth to whisper harshly into it, "I'm going to say it and I'm only going to say it once. Shut thee fuck up about Powder. You have no right to treat a member of the family this way. Especially not the youngest one who looks up to us. If I was her, I wouldn't look up to a bitch boy like you."

"Ouch," Mylo groans.

"Sorry if I hurt your ego," I say giggling with Vi.

I lean back against the elevator, and I watch Vi. I just watch her stand there and think.

Mylo ruined my gay moment by getting into Powder's face and saying,
