The moment the vans pulled into the bustling streets of Seoul, Story was captivated. The vibrant energy of the city, its neon signs flashing against the twilight sky, and the mix of modern architecture and historical landmarks made her heart race with excitement. Billie, sitting beside her, glanced over, her lips curling into a soft smile as she watched Story's wide-eyed wonder.

"You're like a kid in a candy store everytime," Billie teased gently, her voice breaking through the hum of the van's engine.

Story turned to her, grinning. "Can you blame me? This place is incredible."

Billie chuckled, leaning back in her seat. She loved how Story seemed to soak up every moment, savoring the experience like it was the most precious thing in the world.

As the van navigated the winding streets toward their hotel, the group chatted casually. Maggie was making a list of must-visit places, Patrick added his dry humor to the mix, and Finneas shared a random fact about Korean culture that Claudia had told him. Story chimed in now and then, her voice light and excited, but her gaze kept drifting to the window, drinking in every detail of the city.

When they finally arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was seamless, Maggie handling everything as usual. Security escorted them through the back entrance, away from the growing crowd of fans that had somehow discovered their arrival. Story glanced nervously at the buzzing crowd but quickly relaxed as they were ushered inside.

Once in their room, Story flopped onto one of the two beds with a contented sigh. Billie did the same, mirroring her actions. For a moment, neither of them spoke, the quiet hum of the air conditioner filling the space.

Finally, Story broke the silence. "So, what now? Just stay in and order room service?"

Billie turned her head to look at her, raising an eyebrow. "Is that what you want to do?"

"Not really," Story admitted, propping herself up on her elbows. "I kind of want to go explore. We're in Seoul, Billie! How can we just sit here?"

Billie grinned, already reaching for her jacket. "I was hoping you'd say that."

They both got up, throwing on casual but stylish outfits that wouldn't draw too much attention. Story slipped on a pair of sneakers, while Billie donned her signature oversized hoodie and cap, her effort to stay incognito. Security was informed of their plans, and within minutes, the two of them were out the door, with two guards following a respectful distance behind.

The city felt alive. They started at a nearby market, the air filled with the mouthwatering aroma of street food. Billie pointed out a stand selling tteokbokki, and they stopped to try the spicy rice cakes. Story took a cautious bite, her eyes widening at the burst of flavor.

"This is amazing!" she exclaimed, reaching for another piece.

Billie laughed. "I fucking told you. Wait till you try the hotteok."

As they moved through the market, they sampled more dishes—sweet pancakes stuffed with brown sugar and nuts, savory dumplings, and even a curious fish-shaped pastry filled with red bean paste. Story was adventurous, trying everything with enthusiasm, which Billie found endlessly endearing.

After the market, they wandered into a quieter neighborhood, where traditional hanoks (Korean houses) lined the streets. They marveled at the architecture, snapping pictures with their phones. Billie caught Story taking a selfie in front of a particularly picturesque house and couldn't resist photobombing her, making a goofy face over her shoulder.

"Billie!" Story laughed, swatting at her playfully.

"What? You'll thank me later," Billie replied, smirking.
