Ryujin exhaled deeply, as though trying to release the weight that seemed to press against her chest. The silence of her office felt suffocating, each minute that passed deepening the guilt she couldn't escape.

The realization of what she had done, of the decisions she had made, haunts her.

Her eyes dropped to the medicine bag on her desk. It was a small thing, a trivial item that held no real significance, yet in that moment, it symbolized everything she had hidden from Yeji.

A sigh escaped her lips, almost too heavy for her lungs to carry. She picked up the medicine bag and left her office.

Ryujin stepped into the elevator, feeling the familiar tension in the pit of her stomach.

The elevator doors opened, and Ryujin walked out into the lobby, spotting Shuhua at her desk.

"Is your boss here?" Ryujin asked, her voice quieter than usual.

Shuhua looked up, smiling. "Yes, she's available. You can come in."

Ryujin nodded, forcing a small smile. "Great. Thanks."

She walked down the hallway to her boss's office, her heart pounding in her chest for reasons she couldn't fully understand.

She knocked softly before opening the door. Her boss was sitting at her desk, looking exhausted after their recent business (date) trip together.

Ryujin entered, placed the medicine bag down, and didn't say anything at first. Her boss looked up at her with tired eyes, offering a weak smile.

"You look... tired," Ryujin said softly, almost as if she were apologizing.

Her boss gave a small chuckle. "It's been a long trip," she said. "But I'm glad to be home."

Ryujin could see the exhaustion in her boss's eyes, but there was something else too—something Ryujin couldn't ignore. The tension between them had been growing for weeks, ever since their trip, and now it was harder to ignore than ever.

Her boss reached out, grabbing her wrist gently, and Ryujin didn't pull away. Their eyes met for a moment, and then, as if it was instinct, Ryujin found herself leaning in, her lips meeting her boss's.

At first, the kiss was slow, unsure, but soon it deepened, both of them giving in to the moment. Ryujin closed her eyes, feeling her boss's arms around her, pulling her in closer. The rush of feelings—desire, guilt, and confusion—flooded her at once.

And then, in the middle of it, Yeji's face flashed in Ryujin's mind. Her heart skipped a beat, and for a second, everything stopped.

She couldn't help but see Yeji's smile,

The way Yeji always looked at her with trust, with love.

The image of Yeji's face burned in her mind, and it felt like a slap to her chest.

But Ryujin didn't stop. She couldn't stop.

She needs Yeji.

But,

She wants her boss.

But at that moment, she was here, in her boss's arms, giving into the kiss. She pulled her boss closer, her hands finding their way to her boss's neck, and she kissed her even deeper. The guilt weighed heavier on her chest, but she couldn't bring herself to pull away.

Ryujin's mind was torn.

On one hand, there was Yeji, the woman she loved, who was far away from her.

On the other, there was the need she felt now, the pull toward her boss that she couldn't escape.

"I shouldn't be doing this," Ryujin whispered, but her hands didn't stop. She pulled her boss closer, feeling the warmth of her body, the soft press of lips against hers.

Her boss smiled, brushing a stray lock of hair from Ryujin's face.

"It's okay.. Yeji wouldn't know.." Her boss said softly, pulling Ryujin back into the kiss.
