PHOENIX (Acronym: Predictive Hybrid Operations and Engagement Nexus for Integrated eXecution) is the most advanced artificial intelligence created by UTF, to provide information and military strategy for the armed forces. The PHOENIX is used by the Grand Army of the Terra and Requiem Military Legion for intelligence and war strategy purposes. Not just that, the UTF has publicly used PHOENIX as an AI to provide a general purpose for civilians.

The AI utilizes advanced, sophisticated algorithms and an advanced learning system, enabling it to analyze enormous data sets quickly. Consequently, it offers Terrans commanders immediate tactical evaluations, strategic advice, and future projections. The Phoenix also had a self-assigned holographic avatar form. The appearance of a Phoenix avatar is derived from the physical traits either from the random or the most famous historical figures. The Phoenix is equipped with strong, advanced cybersecurity features and maintains data accuracy, to prevent the Phoenix from being hacked by highly skilled hackers or by enemy intelligence.

The Phoenix also features a friendly interface, straightforward for Terrans commanders and operators to use, displaying data in a comprehensible manner, aiding quick interpretation and decision-making in highly pressured situations.

Recently, the Phoenix has grown to have its personality like any sentient species. They can also "feel" genuine emotions, such as affection, anger, and amusement. These personalities that Phoenix had made the higher officials attempt to shut the Phoenix but it was prevented by the Supreme President, who said that the Phoenix could still be useful for future military operations and civilian purposes. This made every higher official turn down and trust the Supreme President's decision which had proven the Phoenix functionality and its role. In the present day, PHOENIX has played a decisive role, in shaping the conduct of warfare and strategic approaches in the Unified Terran Federation, utilizing state-of-the-art/cutting-edge technology, has made the Phoenix create a distinctive and evolving battlefield scenario.
