CHAPTER SEVEN-NEED

Maddy pulled out a black jumper and push up bra and black skirt pairing that with some black tights and black knee high boots with a black leather jacket and a black bag. Maddy thinks for a moment Christ i have a lot of black clothing this thought makes her chuckle as she gets ready putting her jewellery on. It was a simple outfit that Maddy didnt wear much but loved regardless. Just as Maddy was applying the last of her red lipstick that matched perfectly with the outfit the doorbell rang loudly. Maddy ran to the door using her vampire speed opening it immideialty to see her date in a white button up shirt with a few top buttons undone and a tie lose around her neck. She wore black smart trousers with black shoes and a leather jacket almost matching Maddy. She had earrings in that suited her eyeliner perfectly. Her black hair stopped at her ears with a wolf cut hairstyle. Maddy was looking in her eyes for almost forever. "Hey gorgeous i got these for you" Alex hands Maddy a bouquet of flowers with all her favourites "Thank you so much love, you look beautiful." Maddy says wrapping her arm around Alex's whilst kissing her on the cheek.

The two women watch the movie but they cant keep their hands off each other by holding hands or Alex puts her hand on Maddy's thighs consensually making her blush almost. Then after the movie they go back to Alex's to hang out with the rest of the family to make sure no funny business happens.

Dates like this happen on the regular and lasted for a month where they went to the movies went for a drive just hung out or acompanied each other to their favourite hobbies or jobs. They had been on around 10 dates when things became more heated they didnt want to let eachother go but knew it was healthier if they resisted that magnetic pull. Maddy was once again dropped off by Alex and sat on her sofa feeling upset she had gone and relaxing herself in a show to keep her mind off it after changing into something comfy. Alex was on the drive back to the cullens house but she felt she needed to see Maddy every part of her ached without her not feeling whole unlessshe was next to her. Alex couldn't get Maddy out of her head and quickly drove to the local flower shop and picked up a bouquet of her favourite flowers then went to get her favourite book.  Alex tossed it in the passenger seat putting her head in her hands pulling on her hair feeling frustrated and torn on waht to do. Alex started the car up and started to drive to Maddy's house she felt like she wasn't driving becasue she wants to but becasue she needs to. Something is pulling her there. She takes two flowers one of each type from the bouquet and sets it on the sdie of her car to know when the flowers are dying to get her new ones smiling at this thought.

Alex knocks on the door so hard it scares Maddy who now is in her shorts and crop top. She opens it to see Alex staring back at her. "Alex?" Maddy asks looking at the girl in front of her with messy hair and the tie and jacket is completely gone. "Maddy. Can i come in?" Maddy nods and the two women sit on the sofa after shutting the door. "I wasn't going to ask like this' Alex starts 'Maddy you are so gorgeous. Like to the point it hurts. I think im obsessed with you and i dont want to let you out of my site. I dont want anything to hurt you. I promise to always protect you and to love you until my last breath and even after then. I know your my Mate Maddy and i know that this is some sort of bond bound by moonlight but i want you.' Alex pauses you 'i need you. You complete me Maddy and i feel like a better person around you but when your gone i feel empty like something is missing. Maddy will you be my girlfriend?" Alex holds out the flowers and book but instead Maddy hugs Alex wrapping her entire body around her burying her head into her neck embracing the completeness she feels with Alex. "Yes Alex. Yes!" Maddy says as Alex wraps her arms around her waist. She lifts her head up and meets Alex's eyes Maddy jumps down as Alex wraps a hand around her waist and cups her cheek. Maddy wraps both hands around Alex's neck and they slowly kiss. All the built up emotions Alex was feeling on the car ride here dissipates into the room around them. The kiss deepens and the two know they have to let go.

Maddy stops kissing Alex and looks into her eyes "Sorry its just-" she looks down and Alex cups both her cheeks now whispering "hey no no its okay i understand we are going to try to take this slow dont you worry love." Maddy nods and Alex kisses her passionately and lets go "I wanna do this relationship right. I want to get engaged and married then we can' Maddy giggles 'I dont want all of our relationship about that." Alex giggles then sighs "well i guess time for the awkward exes talk i guess. We listen and we dont judge." Alex and Maddy laughs "Well you know how to win my heart. To kill a mockingbird. How did you know I wanted it. It's been sold out for ages. And my favourite flowers." Alex smirks "I tracked when the book shop deliveries are in and i knew it was tonight buttttt Edward did hear you talk about it in your head." Maddy gasps exageratingly "How many times do i have to tell him not to search through my mind since the incident after we kissed the first time." Alex laughs "Sorry sorry i wont get him to from now on."

The two women sit on the sofa after Maddy puts the flowers into a vase then on the mantle. "Uhhh so. You d'you wanna start this?" Maddy asks "Well you go first." Maddy laughs "I have had a few crushes here and there but I've only slept and kissed one person and thats my ex husband which you know about.' Maddy's pain from that moment glimmers in her voice but smiles 'what about you?" Alex has a look of sorrow "I'm so sorry Maddy. I will never be like him i promise you.' Maddy smiles then looks at her in a are you gonna talk way 'so uhhh. I have had 4 partners. Two males.' Alex makes a disgusted face which makes Maddy laugh. 'When i was human and 2 girlfriends when i was a vampire but all were short. I have Uhm. I have slept with like 35 people in the 30 something years i have been a vampire all women dont worry. My family pushed me for a husband dated two didnt like it then when i became a vampire i slept with many women to cope with it. But i wanna do things differnet with you. I am committed to you. Always and forever." Maddy sits there shocked "i have a lot to learn" she says laughing. Alex and Maddy speak for the entire night about everything eventually just spooning in bed enjoying the comfort they both bring to eachother.
