"Check."
"This is rigged! McLupin! Come get your friend."
Sarai rolled her eyes as she made her way to the living room. Blaise and Harry were currently engaging in a round of Wizards chess.
"It's not rigged Zabini. I've been playing Ron for a few years." Harry responded quietly.
"Oh come off it, Zebra." Sarai said in a good-natured tone, "Don't tell me you're a sore loser."
"Listen here little cub, just because I'm in the lions den, don't think I won't kick your arse." Blaise threatened.
Sarai shrugged, "I'm sure you'd love to try but you're in the presence of an Ex Azkaban escapee, a werewolf, and the boy-who-lived. Let's see how that ends for you." She blew him a kiss and made her way back into the kitchen where she was sipping a butter beer with Sirius and Remus.
"And why did you invite him exactly?" Sirius asked eyeing Blaise.
Sarai shrugged, "we have an understanding." She said in a matter of fact tone, "By the ways. I'm going to need dress robes."
Remus and Sirius both shot their heads up in alarm,
"Dress robes?" Sirius said suspiciously.
"What for?" Remus asked.
Sarai gave them a weird look, "I'm going to a wedding, what's the issue?"
Both Sirius and Remus seemed to settle down. "Right, okay then." Sirius said nervous laughter escaping his mouth, "makes sense."
Sarai frowned, "What are—-"
"I think it's time for dinner!" Remus said jumping up and clapping his hands. "Who's hungry?"
"Dinner time already?" Blaise said with Harry following him into the kitchen. "Bless."
Sarai rolled her eyes but paused when Blaise came up behind her and whispered something in her ear,
"Hope you have those galleons ready."
"Just you wait."
Blaise gave her a wink before walking over to Remus.
"Mr. Lupin can I offer a hand in anything?" He asked politely.
Remus smiled puzzled, "No Blaise, that's quite alright, thank you."
Sarai turned to Sirius, "Say Sirius, did you know that Blaise's favorite quidditch team are the Tornadoes?"
"Oh really?" Sirius said raising a brow at the Slytherin. "You realize they're a lost cause right? Have you seen the way the play in the leagues?"
Blaise shot Sarai a dirty look, before turning to Sirius. "Erm—yeah, I'm just hoping they'll pull a win."
"Isn't it true that the Holyhead Harpies are their rivals?" Sarai asked innocently. She silently thanked Seamus and Dean for their long lectures on Quidditch to back her up. "Aren't they your favorite team?"
Remus shot Sarai a questioning look, but Sarai just shrugged and smiled. "Just making conversation."
Remus knew better than that but he let her carry on, as he busied himself on setting the table. Sarai quickly made her way over, "I've got it, Dad. Thanks."
Remus eyed her suspiciously before turning over to pull the pot roast out of the oven. Harry made his way over to Sarai to help place forks and knives down.
"What are you doing?" Harry asked with a faint grin on his face, as he walked away from Sirius and Blaise talking passionately about Quidditch.
Sarai grinned at him, "Winning, Harry. I'm winning."
