Hello! We have reached the end of this story, and I might write a continuation later since I enjoyed it a lot. I hope you liked it, and I wanted to thank you for your support and following! Soon, I will continue with the next story, which promises to have less anguish and drama than this one, haha.

After the conference ended, both Faye and Yoko were escorted out of the building, surrounded by cameras flashing around them and reporters clamoring for more. It was a relief to leave that pressure behind, and they soon found themselves in Faye's car, laughing together as they headed home.

"You saw their faces!" Yoko said, filled with adrenaline and overwhelming excitement. "I can't believe we finally confessed."

Faye smiled excitedly, feeling the laughter drain away any remaining tension in her body. "Finally!" she exclaimed. "Now no one can judge us. I think we're finally clear."

Faye's words resonated within them, and they both felt a wave of relief and freedom. It was as if a huge weight had been lifted from their shoulders, and their laughter turned into a spontaneous celebration of their bravery.

—But now let's go home, someone deserves a treat tonight —Faye said, taking Yoko's hand, interlacing their fingers in a way that made everything feel even more real.

Yoko looked at Faye, a spark of surprise in her eyes. "A prize? What do you have in mind?"

—A real feast and a nice bottle of wine. The occasion calls for it — Faye replied with a mischievous smile — Besides, I think this is a great time to celebrate the woman who had the courage to stand by me, so after dinner there is another prize.

Yoko giggled, her heart pounding with happiness. "I love that idea. But I'd also like a reward for you, because this has been a big step for you, too." With her free hand, Yoko gently caressed Faye's face, a look of warm love lighting up her eyes.

Faye felt a tingle run through her body at the feeling of Yoko's loving touch. "There is no better reward than spending that night with you and enjoying the freedom of being who we really are," Faye said, feeling more determined than ever.

The car wound through the brightly lit streets as the two shared their dreams, laughter, and plans for the future. The night promised to be a new beginning, full of possibilities, and that promise, coupled with the love they had for each other, made anything seem possible.

When they arrived home, the warm aroma of a delicious meal filled the air, and Maria was waiting for them in the kitchen with a feast she had carefully prepared. As soon as they entered, she hugged them tightly, a stream of unconditional love flowing between them.

"My girls, you are so brave!" exclaimed Maria, who had watched the conference on television, with tears of joy in her eyes. "You don't know how much I love you. I'm so glad this storm is finally over; I hated seeing you fight and be sad these days."

The emotion in her voice reached them both, and Faye felt her heart swell with gratitude. Maria's embrace was not only a refuge, but also an affirmation that everything was okay now, that they could leave the anguish and fear behind.

"Thank you, Maria," Yoko replied, feeling the familiar warmth envelop her. She appreciated that, despite the challenges, they always had a safe place to return to.

Over the meal, where they shared laughter and anecdotes, they felt the weight of collective relief in the air. Maria's words and her feast had transformed the chaos of the past few days into a moment of celebration and reconnection.
