Pein

The man you took orders from, and the head of the Akatsuki. As strange as it was, you had developed feelings for your beyond powerful leader. You admired his leadership skills and his strength was beyond comparable to any other ninja or rouge ninja you had ever encountered. Ever since you arrived here, he has kept an eye out for you. You were never sent on dangerous missions, and if something went wrong he was strangely there to make sure you were alright. He never said a word about it though. Naturally, you had fallen head over heels for him. However, you knew that you weren't the only one that had acquired feelings for leader-sama. Konan also had feelings for him. She had told you a few months ago. You weren't exactly best friends with her, but you spoke every now and then. Considering you two were the only females in the organization, it was nice to have another girl to talk to occasionally. There was a slight issue though. Konan didn't know about your feelings for Pein, and seemed jealous of how Pein treated you. But you knew if she did know that you cared for him, then you wouldn't be on very good terms, so you kept it quiet. Spotting a familiar head of fiery orange hair you quietly made your way to the edge of the roof. You waited until he was right beneath you and pounced. Landing on him you both pummeled to the ground. "Owww! _(name)_!!!" He yelled while rubbing his head. Normally he was strict with everyone but with you he wasn't. Something changed in him when he was in your company. You started laughing uncontrollably. Somehow you had both managed to land in a huge mud puddle and were now presently covered in mud. "Haha, you look ridiculous!" You said still laughing. "Oh yeah? And what about yourself? You could of warned me beforehand, I have a meeting to attend _(name)_. I can't very well go looking like this,. Its..." "Unprofessional?" You answered for him. "Exactly!" He replied while standing and brushing himself off as best as he could. "Oh come on, have a little fun!" You said, standing up as well. "If the others see me like this..."he started but stopped once he noticed you were giving him the puppy dog eyes. "Pleaseeeeee Pein??" You begged him and looked at him with big eyes. Face palming he sighed in defeat. He couldn't say no to you. "Okay okay.. Go get cleaned up, and after my meeting I will think of something we can do" he said. "Really? You mean it?!" You asked excitedly. "Yes,..now if you don't mind, I need to get changed and get to my meeting before I'm late" he replied and walked in the direction of his room. I wonder what we are going to do, you thought. Walking toward your room you let your mind wander. Could he ever love me the way I love him? You thought and felt your face heat up. "Hmm, I suppose I have time for a bath" you said to yourself as you entered your room. Reaching the bathroom you turned the water on and stripped yourself of your muddy clothes. Sighing as you stepped in the bath you sank down and relaxed, enjoying the warmth of the water. Closing your eyes as you sank further into the tub you smiled, remembering your first weeks of being in the Akatsuki.

Flashback:

You had been running around the base trying to get away from Tobi. He was trying to glomp you. Running toward the nearest person you hid in their cloak. "Oh _(nameeeee)_! Where are youuuu?" You heard Tobi shout as he ran by. Hearing his voice fade you removed yourself from the persons cloak. Looking up at the person you blushed. It was Pein's cloak that you had been hiding in. "I'm sorry leader-sama!!" You apologized quickly and tried to explain what had happened. "I was trying to get away from Tobi" you told him. Looking down you awaited his response. "Next time" he started. You flinched expecting the worst until he continued "let me know of your actions beforehand, so I'm not caught off guard like this time" he said in a stern voice. Slightly confused you just stood there. "If Tobi gives you any further problems, please let me know immediately and I will take care of it." He said with slight sympathy in his voice. "T-thank you leader-sama" you replied quietly and bowed. "It's Pein,.. You may call me Pein" he replied and smiled as you met his gaze. All of the stories I've heard of him were completely wrong, you thought to yourself. He really does seem to care about the wellbeing of this organization. Tough and ruthless he may be, but heartless he is not. Blushing you nodded "Thank you.... Pein" you said hesitantly.
