"Is everything alright babes? You seem...not yourself." my mum said.
"Its just that I'm scared, you know, of bullies, what happens if everybody hates me, if I don't fit in ,or I-" "everything is gonna be fine, nothing will happen, remember you have me and you will definitely make friends. Why will a girl like you not have any friends?" mum continued . Now I understand why they say your mum is your best friend. My mum seemed to know how to solve every little bit of my problems. She's like a sister to me.

"Mum, you can drop me here,"
"sure?" She asked. I nodded. She kissed me on the cheek. I quickly did my beauty check in the passenger mirror. I looked fine . "Bye mum," she waved back at me. I put my black hype bag on one shoulder and walked into class. The school was full of groups people all fitted in thugs, jocks, wannabe stars... anything you could think of.

I seemed to have gotten lost in my way to class. On my timetable it said class d12 which was math. I walked into a corridor, and I saw some girls hanging around with some boys there were like 7 girls and 3 boys. I tried to walk past them but.. "Hey, mami" a guy said to me, yeah you." I looked around to see that I was who he was talking to. He gave me a signal to come to him. I wasn't scared of him. He was holding a girl by her waist and she was sitting slightly above him on a side table thing. "Whats ya name?" He asked me "Shemaine, you can call me Emi though." I blurted out confidently. "Emi, you say"
"yeah."
"You look really good by the way" he said. "Don't you have a girl"i said pointing at the girl and laughing. "Don't worry about that. My name is Shane, and she's Ellie. Jordan, Sam, Sophia, alyssa, jada, tiani, kianna and makayli." They all said hi at different times and I said hi back . "Will you by any chance know wher d12 is?" I asked. "Yeah, we're all going there as well." "Oh that's cool"

We stood there for some time talking before I started getting bored and decided to talk to arianna. I brought out my phone and saw that Shane smiled at me. I smiled back and continued.

'Hey Arianna, at skl it's going okay, wbu?'

2minutes later...

'Ite cool, I'm going to class now bye xx'

I put my phone away in my trouser pocket and we all headed to class.
