Hello everyone, now I am aware it has been quite some time since I touched this story. I truthfully wish to be honest with each and every one of you as to why this story has run out of steam. The truth is I had no major ideas as to what to do with it outside of the basic concept. I found some art I really liked and figured I'd make a story about it. This however proved to be what caused as many problem as I had no major plot points or ways to continue what I was doing. So what is the point I'm trying to make here? Am I giving up altogether? No, of course not. For a silly idea I thought no one would read, a lot of you have taken a liking to this story. So I am proposing that I will rewrite this story. To start here is what will remain the same:
Kenneth- While some aspects like his appearance and background will change, his overall go with the flow personality and his love of cars will remain in tact.
The Girls- The girls will be more or less the same, down to the art, unless I find a series of similar art that has more characters in it. Of course I'm open to thoughts on this.
Now in regard to what will be different, to start I want the focus to remain on Kenneth and his love of cars, however it won't be a story of a simple mechanic. Rather I decided to take inspiration from a series revolving around cars that I enjoy immensely.

Initial D, a series that made me realize anime could somehow make the act of street racing seem like the most epic thing to ever exist. So yes Kenneth will be a street racer, mostly on the mountain roadway near his home. I figured this would allow him to still retain his car loving character while allowing said love of cars to be the focal points of the plot. Also before anyone asks, yes there will be drifting, lots of drifting.
Kenneth's Car: It might not be the same as the original, but it will either be an old hot rod or muscle car. I like the idea of him beating people who drive supped up sports cars in an older model.
Arthur and the Autobots: I want them to be featured more heavily, Arthur himself might be a fellow street racer. This would explain his friendship with Kenneth. The Autobots will remain as Arthur's friend group outside of Ken and the street racing scene.
The Girls: Now I want to keep them as an alien species that came to earth, however should their goals be different? Should it somehow get involved with Kenneth and Arthur's lives? This I am open to opinions.

However I'm going to leave this here as I want an honest response, do you want this rewrite? Sometimes when I've done rewrites it seems no one is as interested as with the original. That could of course be my self-doubt I'll leave this here, perhaps until the beginning of January before finalizing a decision. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments.
