"Baby girl , your wedding is a couple weeks away. Are you excited ?" I said smiling

"Excited ain't even the word hunney." 

I laughed , "Well , let's check out the checklist for today. Have all of the guest RSVP yet?" I asked and she nodded her head "Did you guys go get your marriage license ?" I asked

"That's one thing I need to go do." she responded

"Yeah , that's very important.  I sent out the rehearsal dinner invites so that's off the list. Have you went to the dressmaker for your last fitting ?" I asked looking up at her.

"I go do that today after I leave here." she said

"Alright. I gave the bartender the number of people so she could stock up on the items she needed. Have you sent out your final payments ? That's something that need's to be done ASAP if it hasn't."

"Already took care of that." she stated

" I confirmed your times for the makeup and hair. I sent the directions to the place to everyone that didn't know where it was along with the drivers for the limos after the wedding to transport you and your wedding party to the reception. I drew out the sitting arrangements according to how you asked me to. You need to purchase all the bridesmaids gifts. If you haven't wrote your vows , you and Malik both need to do so and I'll tell him when I meet with him today. We will meet again May 29th which is the week of your wedding." I said smiling. She nodded her head before walking out. I grabbed my phone and texted Yana.

-Happy 25th Birthday Baby Girl. I hope you enjoy your day boo. I'll come get JJ , Lorynn , and Landon as soon as I get off. Just make sure their clothes are packed for their last day of school tomorrow.(10:02 AM)

I sat my phone down before hearing Malik walk into my office. I looked up and smiled at him before starting our meeting.

"Make sure you and Destiny pick up your marriage license or you guys will not be getting married. I have heard that your bachelor party is this Saturday. Please don't do anything stupid because you and Des have came to far. Malik I know you better than this and I would hate for her to call this off. That's all we have to meet about until the 29th." I stated

"Alright man. I gotchu. One question though." 

"wassup ?"

"Can I see Melo ?" He asked

"He's not going to remember you Malik." I said

"You right. Well , see you later." He said before walking out. I shook my head before starting on some other work I needed to do. After working until 2:30 , I got off and locked up before hopping in my truck going to get Lorynn , Landon , and JJ. I pulled into Yana and Jacob's driveway before hopping out leaving my car running. Quan was going to get Milan and Melo from school. I walked in the house to the living room where they were.

"Where JJ ?" I asked

"Javon wanted him for the night so I let him get them." she stated

"Lawd , but alright then. Don't forget they get out of school at 12:00 tomorrow since it's their last day." I said

"Alright." 

Landon and Lorynn walked out the house before me and hopped in the truck. I pulled out their driveway and headed to the house. I checked the mailbox before pulling into the driveway. I parked the truck before turning the car off. I seen Quan was here so I knew Milan and Melo were already here. I grabbed my phone and got out the truck. Lorynn and Landon hopped out the truck grabbing their over night bag and followed behind me into the house. I closed and locked the door behind me. I walked upstairs to my room and kicked off my heels. I peeled off my work clothes and slid into some pajama shorts and a t-shirt. I put my hair into a bun before walking back out the room. I grabbed my phone off the counter and walked into the living room where Melo , Landon , Lorynn , and Milan were watching Toy Story 3.
