The soft sound of the radio floated out of the speakers of his red mustang. I tried to focus my mind on anything but tomorrow but somehow my thoughts always floated back to what would occur tomorrow.

"You thinking about tomorrow?"

"Yeah."

"Well, that's against the rules." I looked up at him.

"What rules?"

"I decided that tonight we would just be together and not think about all that stuff. Just you and me 'cause that's all the matters."

We sat for about another hour in his mustang just talking about things. Life, tomorrow, and our future.

"I've got our whole life planned for us. It's perfect." I looked at him with loving eyes hoping he had meant it.

"Promise?"

I walked down the aisle in my white lace dress that I picked out months ago. Every eye was focused on me but my eyes were locked on Josh's. He looked so amazing in his uniform and I couldn't take my eyes off of him. As I approached him, I noticed that there were tears on the brim of his eyes, threatening to fall but I knew he wouldn't let them. That was the army training in him. He grabbed my hand and I immediately relaxed. We went through the normal vows and before I knew it, Josh pulled me in for a sweet and loving kiss, officially uniting us as man and wife while our friends and family, and his fellow military friends, cheered loudly. We pulled away and the officer who officiated, announced "It is my pleasure to present to you for the very first time, Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Hutcherson!" We made our way down the aisle and into a small room to spend a few moments alone before we left for the reception. He placed his hand on the small of my back and pulled me to him for a kiss. I pulled away and looked into his loving eyes.

"Hi there."

"Hello Mrs. Hutcherson."

"Can you believe we're married? You're my hubby now."

"Oh my God, I can't believe you just said that babe." He tucked a piece of hair behind my ear and kissed me again.

"Do we have to go to the reception? I just want to be with you." I took both of his hands in mine and placed my forehead against his.

"Josh, we have the rest of our lives to be together. Don't you want to celebrate with me and all of our friends? Besides, we have tonight. And the next 2 weeks to be by ourselves." He kissed me again as I ran my hand up his chest and around the back of his neck bringing him closer to me.

"I think I can live with that. And, I do want to show you off to everyone, cause my wife is the hottest woman in the world!"

I giggled then placed my head on his chest. My mind was finally off of planning this wedding and now it was open to think of other things. Unfortunately, my mind wandered to Josh being deployed.

"Josh?"

"Yeah?"

"What if you're deployed as soon as we come back?"

"Babe, why are you thinking about that?"

"I don't know, I just-"

"It's just you and me, cause that's all that matters baby."

Later on that night, Josh and I had our first dance as man and wife, cut our wedding cake, and left under the arch of sabers after the most incredible night. We spent the next week in Hawaii and then the week after that in Orlando spending our days at Disney World and Universal Studios. One week for our romantic side and the other for our goofy, dorky, kid side.
