Everything in life happens for a reason. So there must be a reason why Jong Kook is trying to kiss me right now. We were both standing in front of the school and it was really dark outside. Nobody else was here.

"What are you doing?" I asked Jong Kook.

"Ji Hyo, I really like you. so much." Jong Kook whispered. "And it's just so hard seeing you with Gary. You don't understand how hard it is for me."

I blinked. "Jong Kook, I... I also like you."

Jong Kook's eyes widened. "Are you serious? Stop joking Ji Hyo."

"I really do. But I never wanted to admit it because... You were such a jerk to me." I said quietly.

Jong Kook sighed and put his hand on my shoulder. "Ji Hyo ah.... I was a jerk to you because I liked you."

We both looked at each other and he slowly leaned in. I didn't move because for some reason I wanted him to do it. Just as his lips was about to touch mine, somebody shook my shoulder.

I woke up and saw my mom shaking my shoulder.

"Ji Hyo, wake up!" My mom said angrily. "It's 2 p.m and you're still sleeping."

"Wait... What just..." I looked around and saw that I was still in my room. It was just a dream... Only a dream.

I shook my head and tried to get the image of Jong Kook kissing me out of my head. Why would I even dream about something like that? That's... Gross!

I sighed and got out of bed. "Sorry. I slept late last night."

"Jong Kook wanted to take you out somewhere today. He's been waiting outside for at least an hour." My mom said. "Wear something nice, okay?"

I nodded and watched as my mom left the room. When she left, I quickly got out of bed and started to get dressed. I just put on the first thing that I saw in my closet which was a pink shirt with skinny jeans. I grabbed my purse and ran downstairs.

Jong Kook was waiting outside the door with two cups of coffee in his hand. He smiled when he saw me and handed me one.

I smiled and took the coffee from him. "Thank you. It's my favorite one too!"

"Good. I wanted to go somewhere with you today." Jong Kook said.

"Where?" I asked, taking a sip of my coffee.

"You know Han River Park?" Jong Kook asked.

Of course I do. It's where Gary asked me out. I nodded, "Yeah."

"Would you mind going with me? Break ends in three days and we weren't really able to spend much time with each other." Jong Kook noted.
