Namjoon woke up with huge smile on his face he felt happy and complete. Both father and son were in bathroom Jackson was bathing him while playing with duckies he can hear them bickering and laughing.

When he got a call from Mrs Min he rolled his eyes.

"Good morning Mrs Min!" He wished
"Morning dear, I hope you got the notice I'll be waiting for you at hearing!" She told him.

Namjoon knotted his brows in confusion,  "what? What notice you are talking about?" He asked her she only giggled.

"Actually you forced me to do this, it would have been easy to just write divorce to your new husband and marry my lion, so his cub and you can live together. It is you who made it difficult!" She told him.

"You are crazy I told you that My Soobin is not your grandchild, your lion wasted his precious seeds out of my womb. I hope you are intelligent enough tk understand what it means!" He yelled.

"Stop lying Namjoon! Just stop your act I know you want to make us pay for what we did to you, your brother had taken one heir from us I won't let it happen again, Min family's blood is precious and I will get him by hook or by crook. He is prince I can't let him suffer for little things. Be practical Namjoon, think open your eyes, Soobin can live a luxurious life his grandfather has already booked Mercedes Benz for him, his great grandfather is ready to give all his property worth 200 million dollars to him. Everything ours will belong to him he will be most richest kid he still hold worth 600 million dollars. Try to be practical Joon what you can give him? Namjoon rubbed his temples this woman is all about money and material.

"Are you for real Mrs Min, my son is only four he need his mother that is me, he need a happy and healthy childhood that I am going to give him I won't let you make him another Yoongi. Bottling up emotions, dry of any emotions, void of all feelings and love.

My Soobin will do whatever he likes to do, has passion for music and instruments he will be one, he likes to play soccer he will become great player, he want to be wild life photographer then he will become one.

Now stop trying to destroy child hood of my son and let me make one thing clear again he is not Min, he will never be how could he when he is not!" Namjoon yelled.

"Fine than let's go for DNA test! In notice court has already told you run one, till then pack your bags prepare yourself for coming future! Bye and give my love to my prince!" She hung up .

Namjoon sat there in stress when Taehyung came to give him notice. It was true Jackson came with Soobin out of bath namjoon's eyes were red due to crying.

Jackson put clothes on Soobin, and told him to go for breakfast. He turned to Namjoon, "is everything okay?" Asked him Namjoon cried hugging him.

Seokjin's pov;
I was about to go for breakfast when I heard Namjoon crying I was about to knock when I heard him

"They want my Soobin, Jackson she, she sent me this noticed they are claiming Soobin as their heir, Jackson I can't live without him I'll die. You know he is not Min,  I didn't gave him birth but I raised him, I feed him when his mother left him to die, they left him like unwanted thing at our doorsteps and...and no please Jackson let's leave...just book tickets where is your phone we are leaving today..!" Namjoon cried I cried too.

"Namjoon! Easy okay hmmm, no one can take him from us, he is our son hmm, and we will fight them I won't let anyone take our son away from us!" He hugged him.
