Apni baaton se dil behlaye,
Meri kareeb aake, mujhe apna bana ke,
Meri zindagi mehkaye"

(Rudraksh)

A few days had passed, and Ruhanika had eagerly embraced learning self-defense from the boys in the family. Initially, the training sessions left her exhausted, and Rudraksh would often make her lie down after the gym to rest after each session. He would patiently sit beside her, gently stroking her hair until she fell asleep. However, over time, Ruhanika grew stronger and more accustomed to the workouts, surprising everyone with her determination and resilience.

Meanwhile, the Diwali preparations were in full swing, filling the house with a festive vibe. Ruhanika, being her enthusiastic self, was particularly thrilled about the upcoming celebrations. She had taken a special interest in every little detail, ensuring everything was perfect. One of the highlights of her excitement was a family shopping trip, where she personally selected everyone's outfits for each Diwali occasion. Her happiness was contagious, and the family was delighted to see her so involved.

Rudraksh, ever protective of her, had ensured that this shopping trip was both enjoyable and comfortable for Ruhanika. While he no longer emptied out the mall entirely as he once had, he carefully coordinated to make sure the atmosphere was just right, not overly crowded but not eerily empty either. He wanted her to gradually adapt to being in public spaces, surrounded by people, without feeling overwhelmed. She felt a bit overwhelmed seeing so many people bustling around, but with Rudraksh and Ashvik by her side, she felt at ease. Their constant support made the shopping experience enjoyable and memorable for her. Gradually, her initial nervousness faded, replaced by excitement as they explored the shops together.

It was Dhanteras, and the house was adorned beautifully with strings of lights, vibrant rangolis, and fresh flowers, exuding festive cheer. Despite everyone's protests, Ruhanika had insisted on giving the house staff a holiday, determined to cook everyone's favorite dishes herself. The kitchen buzzed with the aroma of spices and sweets as Ruhanika moved around with focus, balancing multiple dishes on the stove. Savisha, knowing her well, sat quietly on a chair nearby, watching her with a fond smile. She wanted to help but refrained, understanding that Ruhanika would get a little upset if she interfered.

Ruhanika: "Bhabhi sa, aap kuch kaam karengi toh hum thode se naraz ho jayenge, aap bas baithiye aap thak jayengi toh nanha baby bhi thak jayega na"
(Bhabhi sa, if you do any work, we'll get a little upset. Just sit and relax; if you get tired, then the little baby will get tired too, right?)

These were the words she said to Savisha when asked if she could help her.

On the other hand, the men of the house had concocted a different plan altogether. They gathered their things and prepared to leave, claiming there was an important meeting that required their immediate attention. Rudraksh, with his usual calm demeanor, broke the news to Ruhanika. Meanwhile, Savisha and Karanjeet exchanged knowing glances, suppressing their smiles. They were well aware of the truth behind the so-called "meeting".

Around twelve luxury cars with the "RM" logo sped down the road, exuding power and wealth. Their sleek, polished bodies gleamed under the sunlight, announcing their arrival even before they reached their destination.

As the cars rolled up to the gates of Rathore Mansion, the gates were already open. It was evident that Rudraksh's men had arrived early and successfully overpowered Rathore's guards, taking control of the estate. Rudraksh, Kartavya, and Ashvik emerged from one car, their expressions cold and resolute. Amandeep and Rishwik followed from another, with a few more of their loyal guards trailing behind. A lawyer, was also present. The group nodded at each other, signaling their preparedness as they made their way inside the mansion.
