"Meethi se awaaz me "Maa Papa" keh ke bulaya,
Ek hi pal me har ek khwaab sajaya,
Naram si muskaan, uljhe hai shabd bhi,
Par dil me bas pyaar hi pyaar samaya."

-Vaidehi

Six months had flown by in the most beautiful, chaotic, and love-filled way possible. Ruhaansh and Rudravika, now six months old, had turned into the most adorable little explorers. They had both started sitting up on their own, their tiny backs wobbling as they learned balance. Crawling had become their new favorite adventure, they would roll across the soft mattress, follow each other around the room, giggling in their own baby language, their eyes lighting up with curiosity every time they discovered something new, even if it was just a cushion, Ruhanika's dupatta or Rudraksh's phone.

For Rudraksh and Ruhanika, parenthood hadn't just changed their life, it had added new layers of depth and devotion to their relationship. Their love had matured beautifully, from youthful romance to deep partnership, yet it never lost its spark. Teasing still remained an everyday thing, flirty glances across the room while changing diapers, or playful banter during feeding times. Rudraksh still had that smirk when he saw her in his shirt early morning, while she would still wink at him during the most mundane chores, and he would still blush like he did the first time.

Their dates had changed too, but only for the better. What used to be candle-lit dinners had now become cozy outdoor picnics with their babies lying on a blanket beside them. Their romantic late-night drives had turned into drives with lullabies playing in the background as the babies slept peacefully in the backseat. It was no longer a date of two, but a date of four, and neither of them would have it any other way. They didn't just enjoy it, they cherished it.

Ruhanika continued working from home, managing everything with grace. Rudraksh had offered to take alternate shifts for the babies, but she had gently insisted that she wanted to be there with them as much as she could, to feed them, cuddle them, be there for every milestone. Rudraksh respected her choice deeply, always backing her up in every way possible, whether it was scheduling his meetings around the babies' nap times or ensuring she had peaceful evenings by massaging her feet or preparing her favorite coffee.

Their room, once a space of just love and dreams, now held memories, two tiny cribs, baskets of baby toys, lullaby books, soft rugs for crawling practice, and a rocking chair where Ruhanika would sing to her babies while Rudraksh watched, overwhelmed with emotion.

Life wasn't just good. It was bliss. It was the life they once dreamed of, now blooming in full color, loud baby laughter, sleepy cuddles, messy feeding times, and a kind of love that just grew more magical every single day.

Rudraksh returned home after a long, exhausting day at the office, but the tiredness on his face was overshadowed by the excitement in his eyes. He held a bouquet of Ruhanika's favorite flowers in one hand and two adorable soft toys tucked under his arm, one for each of his little ones.

As he stepped into their room with a warm smile, expecting to be greeted by the laughter and chaos he so loved, he paused. The room was unusually quiet. His gaze fell on the bed, where only two soft toys lay nestled among carefully placed pillows. The silence was both sweet and curious, and his smile softened as he looked around, wondering where his little world had disappeared to.

Rudraksh: "Ye Ruhh, Chutku Betu and tiny Ruhh kaha hai??"
(where are Ruhh, Chutku Betu and tiny Ruhh?)

Rudraksh placed the bouquet gently on the side table, letting its fragrance fill the room. He carefully set the soft toys beside it, his mind already wandering to how Ruhanika would react. With a sigh of relief, he shrugged off his blazer and tossed it on the couch. Loosening a few buttons of his shirt, he rolled his shoulders to ease the tension of the day.
