His Last Moment

A few years later

Y/n anxiously fiddled with her phones as she tries to get a hold of Johnny. She tapped the numbers in her phone and held it to her ear as her legs shook.

"Hello?"

Y/n sighs in relief as she finally get to hear his voice.

"Johnny?"

"Y/n? Why did you call? It's been a while"

"Yeah, I know."

Y/n sniffles as she tries to hold her tears in.

"Are you crying? What is it? Something's wrong?"

"I'm fine. It's Tommy"

It was silent for a while. She thought he already hung up.

"Send me your location"

Johnny hung up the phone. His heart beating fast. Even when Daniel and Johnny didn't get along, Y/n stay in contact with him until a few years back where Johnny didn't answer any of her text or calls.

Y/n already got a hold of Bobby and Jimmy who's on their way. She couldn't call Dutch considering him in prison. She put her phone in her pocket before entering his room.

"Hi, my love. Did you call them?" Tommy took her hand, holding it in his grip.

"Yeah, they're on their way." She sat down on the chair, tightening her grip on his hand.

"Don't worry. I'll be fine" He assured.

"You don't know that" She shakes her head in denial, tears run down her cheeks.

Tommy softly wiped her tears, his eyes saddened. He knows he doesn't have much time left. He's been fighting his sickness for a long time now. It's just a matter of time before he lets out his last breath. He wants to be surrounded by his loved one.

Y/n leans closer, kissing his lips softly. "I love you" She whispers, leaning her forehead against him. "I love you too"

The knock on the door caught their attention. The door opens revealing Bobby.

"Hey guys" Y/n walked towards him and give him a tight hug.

"How are you?" Bobby asked once they let go of the hug.

"I'm okay" She nods her head.

Bobby walked towards Tommy, greeting him.

"How are you buddy?" Bobby asked.

"I'm good, man" Tommy let out a chuckle.

Y/n walked out the hospital room to let them catch up.

She noticed Johnny at the reception counter. "Johnny"

Johnny turned his head, a smile appeared on his face.

"Hey, Y/n. Long time" He hugged her tightly.

"Yeah. You're the one going off the radar" Y/n said once she pulls away from the hug.

"Yeah, Sorry about that"
