December 2016
Eric and I walked into his house and I greeted his parents. His and I's parents have gotten close over the year.
"Hello," They greeted me.
I gave them their presents from my family and I and they opened it. Mrs. Harris hugged me and Mr. Harris thanked me. Eric had gotten me a beautiful ruby pendant for Christmas. In return, I got him a watch. His was kind of old. Eric and I walked outside and I looked at the beautiful snow covering the ground. Eric pulled me close.
"Merry Christmas," Eric said to me.
"Merry Christmas."
I kissed his cheek and rested my head against his chest. I felt safe and secure in his arms. He was my love. My protecter. My life. I love him and I always will.
"I love you," I whispered.
"I love you, too," He whispered to me.
He kissed the top of my head and we sat on the stairs on the porch.
"I can't believe its already Christmas. Time has really flew by," Eric said.
I smiled. "I know. Tomorrow is my birthday."
"I know."
I laughed. He must've asked my parents. I closed my eyes and let myself think about my future with him. Our future. I want to spend the rest of my life with him. I will always need him. Forever.
