Chapter 32: Unveiling the Truth-3

At Present ...

[Arnav : 26 years, Khushi: 24 years ]

Midnight.. around 3 a.m.

Arshi's Apartment..

Mumbai...

" Mr Tiwary, tell me in details .. What else you did? For how long?" Arnav said.. " Hurry up, I don't have much time."

" I am sorry sir, but I thought... it seems, Khushi ji and you are ..." Mr Tiwary could not complete the sentence,

" We are?? Me and Khushi?? What?" Arnav yelled finally showing his emotions.

" I thought you both are getting a divorce." Mr Tiwary said while bending down his head making the other two men speechless.

Vishal felt the damage is too severe and there is more into it, while Arnav felt his life just slipped away from him..

This cannot be a mere misunderstanding but a long process of incidences, bunches of misunderstanding, lack of communications..

Whatever the reasons are, but at present Khushi has left Arnav and that is the only reality of his life...

" I want to listen from the start...every single details..." Arnav said controlling the urge to shout his heart out..

Few moments later...

Arnav was sitting in the living room couch like a statue, looking at his mobile phone blankly. Almost 100 calls and messages he had sent in Khushi's number, there is no results.. then his sister Avantika also did not pick up the call. Finally, Shyamal send a messge, telling Khushi is sleeping.. So, don't contact her unless Shyamal is contacting him back after listening what happened.

Arnav never felt this much helpless before.

Whereas Vishal was restlessly tapping his foot, Mr Tiwari, who was now sitting in the tool, bending his head, literally shaking thinking about his life ahead.. because for last half an hour, when he told in details what happened in last few months, Not only Arnav screamed, cursed and was almost tried to chock him, but threatened him to snatch his job and life..

Mr Tiwary himself understood that, he became a pawn in Meera's well thought plan, a plan to separate Arnav and Khushi..

Layers after layers of deceit and lies were unveiled..

Every small misunderstanding, lack of communication did the unthinkable damage in Arnav and Khushi's relationship.

Vishal finally spoke, " Mr Tiwary, you may go now.. Your phone is ringing, probably Meera is calling.. But remember, don't let Meera or Lisa know that Arnav sir came to know about their deceit. Act normal.. and report us what they are telling you.."

Mr Tiwary, literally run away nodding his head.

Vishal looked at visibly stunned Arnav who was still sitting in the same position looking at his phone trying to digest the fact that, Khushi has left him.

" Arnav sir, please.. Control yourself.. We have to act swiftly.." Vishal whispered.

" Can you imagine Vishal, How stupid I am? How I missed the vile face of Meera? Her intentions?" Arnav said in daze.
