Crowded
That's a word to describe the train
People with big hearts
Who take too much space
And long stories who are too big to write on paper
Crowded
More or less
When your baggage is big
Too big to contain
And the seat is too big for your little body
You're just a little girl
But you can hear the loud music from the boys big headphones
And it's the same song
The one who once took so much space in this big heart of yours
But you know
They say it shrieked
And in this second
The song is the only thing able to fill up this little heart
Crowded
The train is
Or anywhere else in this country
This little country
Who somehow manages to contain so many people
People with huge hearts
And the old men sitting across you
Have been friends since second grade
And you don't even call your friend on occasions like these
Because your heart is smaller
But when you sit on the train
Listening to them speak
And sing
You're reminded
Of how big your heart is
Even if you try and hide it
In crowded places
