Sarah-your gonna be ok

In this Sarah is 25. She just adopted a 15 year old girl. The pogues had all kinda lost contact in this btw.

Sarah was on her way home after work. She came in the door and put her bag down. She called for Amy which is her adopted daughter. She didn't get a reply so she went up to her room. When she got in the room she seen that Amy was very pale and coughing. Amy's voice was very horse and her throat was killing her. Sarah checked Amy's temperature and it was high so she decided it was best to head to the hospital.

Sarah was reassuring Amy that she would be ok it's just probably a bad case of the flu or a cold but they just needed to get it checked out to know for sure. Once they arrived at the hospital they went to a room and waited for the doctor or nurse to arrive. A nurse came in to take Amy's temperature and do the usual things like her blood pressure and heart rate before the doctor came in. Once she was done the doctor came in and took a few tests and talked to them for a bit before leaving. Sarah and Amy stayed in the room for a while then Sarah went to get them some McDonalds. While Sarah was gone another nurse came in she asked Amy where her guardian was and she told her she went for some food. The nurse said that's fine can you call me on the button when she's back to go over your results, my name is nurse Kiara. After that nurse kiara left and Amy sat and waited a bit, she felt like she had seen that nurse before then it hit her it was one of Sarah's old friends the one she had a crush on.

Sarah came back with the food and the girls ate it then Amy called for the nurse but decided not to tell Sarah the nurse was her old crush. Kiara walks in and says hi I'm nurse kiara then looks at her sheet and says you must be miss Cameron then she pauses and looks at her and says Sarah. Sarah looks up at her shocked and goes yep that's me kiara. Kiara just moves on and says ok well do you guys want to know the results. Kiara says it's a bad case of the flu but her temperature seems to be dropping with the medicine so we will keep Amy overnight for observation but you should be free to go in the morning. They say that's great news and Sarah asks kiara if she can talk to her outside.

Outside the room Sarah says you never told me you finished med school or your back in the obx. Kiara says you never told me you adopted a girl or that your still in the obx I just moved back a few days ago after leaving my boyfriend after he said he didn't want our baby. Sarah says omg you'd pregnant congrats kiara thanks her and says I'm 5 months actually. Sarah says I know this sounds crazy but would you like to go on a date sometime. Kiara says yes and gives Sarah a quick kiss before leaving to go to another patient. Sarah goes back into Amy's room and Amy asks did she say yes. Sarah asks yes to what Amy says a date. Sarah says maybe. Amy says stop lying I seen you guys kiss it was cute I like her she's very pretty but isn't she pregnant. Sara says yes she is pregnant and she is one of the prettiest women I have ever met. Amy jokes and says you're already in love and Sarah says I have been since we were 17. Amy says that's a long time. Sarah says some people are worth waiting that long for.
