Chapter 6: Monday!

(Y/n)'s pov

It was Monday (As you can tell by the title) and because its Monday i had to go to school like everyone else. The reason why i didn't want to go to school is simple, I  was embarrassed, nervous, and most of all scared. I was embarrassed of knowing that Killua knows my feelings for him, i was nervous because he might reject me if he ever catches me that is. And i was scared of him actually catching me and rejecting me or worse judging me and saying hurtful things and stuff like that, after all we just met like..... What was it like 3 days ago, like seriously who falls in love in three days!

Anyway during my last encounter with Killua we were playing truth or dare and I was asked if i love anyone by Kurapika, and ended up going back home in a cab because of... Well all the emotions I just mentioned, I just couldn't face Killua. And soon after I left Kurapika came to talk to me an tried to help me, after that night me and Kurapika became really good friends, he is now my best friend other than Killua who I'm still trying to avoid. So far the avoiding is going great because Killua was at the water park for the night and he didn't come home Sunday so it's either he came home and is already having breakfast now or he didn't come home again. 

But since Kurapika was here last night he fell asleep in my bed, so I don't think Killua slept in my bed that night. I got  up trying not to wake up Kurapika cause I didn't think he went to my school, but unfortunately he did wake up. He looked at the time and got and started talking to talk to me.

"Hey (y/n), what day is it?"

"It's Monday, why?"

"Does that mean there's school today?!"

"Ya....."

"Shout! I have to go!"

"Hey what school do you go to?"

"The hunters academy, and you?"

"Same! This is awesome!"

"Great now we can walk together."

"Hey Kurapika, how old are you?"

"I'm  17 and how old are you?"

"I'm 12. It's really weird how we became such good friends considering our ages differences."

"Ya I'm a bit surprised too, I thought you would be older since you you act way more mature than Gon and Killua."

"Hahahaha! That's what my friend said to me when I met her!"

"Who's your friend?"

"Well.... She isn't my friend anymore..."

"Why what happened?"

"Well you see, I recently had a brake up with Joshua in my class, and when I went to talk to my friends about it they only said that the only reason they hung around me was because I was dating Joshua..."

"I'm sorry I asked..."

"It's ok. It was my fault for letting popularity get to me, and plus maybe it wasn't a screw up, maybe it was good luck for meeting all you guys."

"Hahahaha. You sure are positive."

"Yep sure am! But today I have to be very distant with Killua, I have no confidence to talk to him right now. And that means that I have to avoid him at all costs!"

Kurapika sweat drops at my statement. "Maybe you should not avoid him."

"Why!"

"Because maybe he wants to talk to you."

"But if he wants to talk to me he will probably reject me, and I know I don't like that feeling."

"Well I'm just saying that now that I know that we're at that same school, I won't just let you avoid Killua, you know that right?"

"If I know anything it that we're going to be late for school?!" I exclaimed when I realises the time, it was  7:00am and school started at 7:40.

"Oh my god your right! I don't have time to go home can I get ready here!"

"Sure, the bathroom is just down the hall." (If your wondering Kurapika has a bag with a tooth brush, extra clothes, towel, maybe even a brush because he was supposed to stay the night at the water park, remember?) Kurapika went to the bathroom and you quickly changed your clothes and went to the other bathroom to brush you teeth and stuff like that.

Once you were done Kurapika was standing at the door waiting for you, you walked up to him being cautious to see if Killua was around. 

"Hey what are you waiting for you could've went to your backpack at your house?"

"I said i would walk with you."

"But you still need your backpack! Lets go!" It was now 7:29 as we reached Kurapika's house and he only took one minute so it was now 7:30 and we started to run for school. If we wanted to get there in time we would have to go fast, school was a 15 minute walk from my house and we took a detour to Kurapika's house. Kurapika sees my worried expression takes my hand and pulls me into a more skinnier path in the woods. He explained that this is a short cut to the book store which is right next to the school.

We get to school at 7:38, 2 minutes to go to our lockers that just so happened to be right beside each other 'I don't know how I didn't notice this earlier!' I thought trying to go as fast as possible. I finally get in the class room after departing with Kurapika and the bell rings.

"Ringringringringringringringring (not really sure how to of written down the ringing sound)"

"Yes! Made it just in time!" I said loudly and everybody turned to me and and said shhhhhhh! I don't see what's so wrong with being excited for making it to school, but when I saw that someone was doing a speech. I quieted down and looked around the room to see a sit free in the back, I look to see who's sitting next to that sit. I see that in front of that table was Gon and to the right is Neon, and finally to the left is......

I'm sooooooooooo sorry for the late update, I redid my schedule and now I'm only updating on Saturday ,Thursday, Tuesday and last but not least Sunday. I did that so I could have time to think about what I want the chapter to be about, I will also be only updating around 11:00pm to 1:00am. Ok so i tried to do a Clift hanger and I'm not sure if that worked, that's pretty much it, I would also like to thank you all for reading this once again horrible story and ill try to make it as interesting as possible. And one more thing, I would really like it if I could get some comments on if this story is good or not, so ya that's all and thank you again bye!😄
