Lucifer's pov.

I shove Oliver out of the bathroom, before he can badger me to tell him more. I swear having powers come in handy, when you have an annoying cousin.

I grab a soft towel from the warmer, before I head out of the bathroom. I had at least thirty minutes before Rué would arrive, knowing him he'd probably be early just because.

"Cool place you got here teach!" A voice mumbles in awe, making me turn towards the door. "Who in the hell let you in?" I ask raising an eyebrow at Cody who shifts from foot to foot.

The confidence he had a moment ago leaking out of his pores like milk spills out up an upturned bottle. It was a lovely smell...fear. I'd turn it into a bottle of cologne if I could.

I snap my fingers making the temperature rise, a smile on my lips. "I asked a question? It'd do you some good to answer it." I taunt as I circle around his shaking form.

"N-no body my lord, I let myself in sir." Nodding my head, I grab a fistful of hair. "Did you now?" I ask.

He tries to nod his head again, but I yank it back roughly. A surprised gasp leaves his mouth, as both of his hands fly up to my forearm.

"Why did you do that? And answer quickly because I'm already pissed about what you did." Gulping audibly he shifts uncomfortably. "I–I just wanted to know if the rumors were true, I really like him and—" 'snap!' The sound of me breaking his neck echoes around my room.

With just the snap my fingers, I make his body disappear in a cloud of smoke.

"Did you have to do that Luci?" Groaning loudly, I turn towards Oliver. "I thought I sent you away. Besides the bastard will be as good as new in a few minutes."

He puts his hands on his hips, an eyebrow raised disapprovingly. "Yeah, and what did he do? Must be something horrendous, if you snapped his neck. Although...I wouldn't be surprised, if it was just you being your irritable self."

I walk into my closet with an eye roll. "Shut up."

Oliver follows me, and sits on the lounge sofa. "You lucky bastard. I wanted this sofa, but they had sold out last week. I could just imagine it in my sitting room." Shrugging my shoulders, I finger through my shirts.

"You can have it." He squeals, his body dancing around it. "Oh you sneaky bastard. You just made me change topics now answer the question."

I grab my silk skin tight black shirt. "Oli he lusted after my soul mate. I told him as they were flirting. But he still came and confronted me about the ordeal. He should have known after I put him in his place earlier."

He points his finger at me. "Don't use that tone of voice with me, or I'm gonna snitch on you!"

Raising an eyebrow, I smirk at him. "Oh yeah, who the fuck will step to me?" I ask and he just smiles mischievously while handing me leather skin tight pants. "Your mother." My tan skin pales, and I glare at him. "You wouldn't fucking dare!" Laughing he points to the chair.

You did not mess with my mother. She was a mean bitch and I'd like to say way worse then my father. They called me the devil, but if they met my mom they'd really know who the devil is.

I flick my wrist making the salmon sofa disappear. "I'm happy now, did you put it in my closet?" He ask and I nod my head, sliding on the pants. "So what do you think?" Turning around I show him my outfit. He circles my body with his hands on his hips, quiet mumbles and appreciative sounds come from his mouth.

"Awesome, just pair it with your leather jacket. Oh—wear your combat boots too, the ones with the chains!"

Grabbing said items off of the shelf, I walk out of the closet. "Okay, you can leave now Oliver." He flicks his hair away from his shoulder. "Don't forget to roll up your sleeves. Tattoos are so freaking sexy." I do as told and put on the rest of my outfit.

"Do you want me to let him in?" Glaring at him, I point towards the door. "Fuck no, get out." Oliver throws his hands up, as he leaves.

I grab my wallet and keys off of my side table. "Mhm.." I wonder if he'll like where I'm taking him. I shrug my shoulders lazily, and walk out of my room.

I begin my way down the stairs, but come to a halt at the sound of his voice. "Hey Devey, your cousin let me in. One question though—" Tilting my head as he walks over to me, I watch as he looks up at me with a smirk on his pretty red lips.

"Can we get married? I'll even suck you off in the morning. Well anything to live in this castle really." I sigh loudly in fake annoyance. Because if I'm being honest, he's really amusing.

"No, not yet at least. You can suck me off anytime of the day though, I'm pretty sure I'd enjoy that very much. And, hopefully one day you will. Lets go." I laugh quietly at him, as his cheeks tint a beautiful pink. His eyes pointed towards the floor.

He really wasn't expecting that was he? Taking in a deep breath, I shake my head. How can this one human confuse the fuck out of me? One moment he's all bold and the next shy. I fucking love it...
