"Fianna, let's go! I don't want to be late for school again!' I heard Natalia yell to me from down stairs. But she was right, we have been late for school three times this week and I guess you could say it was my fault. I smirked to myself, perfection takes time when you have a purpose to look good.

Okay I am not the girl you're surely thinking I am. The girl who puts too much emphasis on appearance, no concept of time management and thinks of herself to be flawless. To tell you the truth, that is not me at all. Sure looking good is a bonus and what girl doesn't want to look good? But hey, sweat pants and a tank are comfy, even when wearing them to school. As for time management? Well school is important to me, can't get anywhere on looks alone.

So this is me. Fianna Jordan. Typical 17 year old brown hair and brown eyed girl, who lives with her best friend and and her best friends 2 older brothers.

Natalia Jagger, she has been my best friend since I can remember, and I'm pretty sure even before that. We are inseparable, where I am, she is too and vice-versa. Sweet, kind and the most beautiful person I know, but brutally honest. Which gets her into trouble..often, but a trait I admire. A trait that landed me living with her when about 2 months ago she approached me with her dark brown eyes laced with worry, and asked me to move in with her. Reason? 2 words. Destiny Jordan. A.K.A, my younger twin sister. Fraternal twin sister, thank god.

"What's the hold up Fianna?" I heard the familiar intoxicating voice come from behind me, as it sent shivers through my body, like it always did. I whirled around to match the voice that still had shivers running through me, to the smile that immediately made the blood rush to my cheeks. His smile widened at my newly red cheeks.

"Just adding some last minute make-up touches," I barely got out as I turned away so I could no longer see the smile that made my knees want to fall beneath me. He let out a genuine laugh that I must admit confused the hell out of me.

"Fianna," I turned to meet his gaze, and was now staring into intense brown eyes, "you are already as beautiful as ever without even trying, so stop trying, you can't get any more gorgeous than you already are." He whispered with an honest tone of voice that matched his half-smile that made my heart race, which I think he felt. He is probably used to it considering all the girls throw themselves at him and yet none of them seem to make the cut.

"I told you to stop doing that," I grunted whilst pushing his muscular body away from me.

"Do what?" He retorted sarcastically arching his head to the side but still holding my eyes with a toothy, pearly white child's grin,

"Th-that," I stuttered, the red returning to my cheeks when he began to laugh again.

"I'm just goofing around, besides all the girls love it" he rebuttals, stealing a wink at me.

"Yeah Yeah, I know, they all just melt at your feet," I sighed finally giving in and rolling my eyes, "but I'm not one of them, I don't and won't fall for those hal-". he interrupted me.

"I know I know, you won't fall for those half smiles. You have told me before" he joked throwing his arms in the air in fake defeat,

"Good so you actually listen when I speak to you," I beamed back with a smile of my own. Making him stop where he was and avert his gaze after feeling his own blood rush to his cheeks.

About a minute or so went by in silence, but it wasn't awkward, it was comfortable and warm when I realized that we had moved closer together. I could feel the warmth of his body radiate over mine and made it tingle with want.

"We should get down stairs before my sister decides she wants to yell at us both," he whispered beside my ear as he leaned his head down, with a soft sarcastic voice, like Natalia would hear him.
