The room was dark, and I couldn't move. It was as if my body had betrayed me, every limb frozen, every muscle paralyzed. I tried to scream, but no sound came out, only the silence of my terror.

I was back on that street. The street where it all happened. The truck's headlights were bearing down, and I felt the same jolt of panic. But then, like before, I was pulled away, thrown to the ground, and shielded by someone's arms.

Only this time, it didn't end there.

When I looked up, he was there. His face wasn't clear, it never was but his touch burned. His hands were on my arms, gripping me tightly as if he feared I'd disappear. My heart thundered in my chest, and I tried to push him away, but my body wouldn't respond.

"You're mine." He whispered, his voice low and possessive. "You've always been mine."

I shook my head, desperate to break free, but my limbs were heavy, useless. His touch moved to my face, brushing against my cheek in a way that sent shivers down my spine, not from tenderness, but from the overwhelming weight of his obsession.

"Don’t fight me." He said, his tone soft yet chilling. "Why can't you see it? We're meant to be."

I wanted to scream, to cry, to beg him to leave me alone, but my lips wouldn't part, and my voice wouldn't rise. It was as if he had stolen every ounce of control I had, leaving me trapped and powerless.

"You felt it too." He continued, leaning closer. I could feel his breath against my skin. "That day when I saved you. You belonged to me then, and you still do."

Tears welled in my eyes, and I fought harder against the invisible chains holding me down. My chest heaved as I tried to wake up, to escape the nightmare that felt too real, too vivid.

"I'll wait." He murmured, his voice laced with dark promise. "I'll wait for you to realize it. But don't make me wait too long."

His words echoed around me, and just as his hand reached for my throat, I jolted awake, gasping for air.

My room was silent, the only sound my ragged breaths and the pounding of my heart. I pressed a hand to my chest, trying to calm myself, but the weight of his words lingered, the nightmare still gripping me.

I buried my face in my hands, trembling. Who was he? Why did he haunt me like this? And why couldn't I shake the feeling that it wasn't just a dream?

I sat up in bed, clutching the sheets as if they were my only anchor to reality. The faint moonlight streaming through the curtains painted shadows on the walls, but even in the stillness of the room, I felt his presence. His voice still echoed in my mind, that possessive tone that sent shivers down my spine.
