Calvins phone buzzed as he sat on the sofa in his LA house watching tv. It was Taylor. Normally he'd call her around this time but she was ill and on vocal rest so calvin refused to ring her.
"You need to save your voice for your fans babe" he kept having to text her.
He felt hopeless, he was in LA and Taylor was in Chicago, ill and alone.
He sat for another half hour watching the tv before deciding he couldnt be on the other side of the country when his girlfriend was ill. He needed to be by her side looking after her.
He rang his management and cancelled all of his meetings for the next two days. Hed been in the buisness for so many years he couldnt care less about cancelling. He knew the procedures of putting out singles like the back of hus hand and How Deep Is Your Love was doing well and he didnt need to hear what he already knew from management 4 times!
He arranged his private jet to be ready for the morning and then rang Austin.
"Hi Calvin"
"Good evening Austin, hows Taylor"
"Not too bad, still slightly under the weather though. Did you want to speak to her?"
"Nahh im ringing for a favour"
"Go on" Austin said suspiciuosly.
"Im catching a flight to chicago tomorrow, any chance you could get me in to tomorrows concert without Taylor seeing??"
"I can try! I'll get Mom to get you a pass and we'll meet you at the back entrance?"
"Sounds perfect!"
"I assume Taylor knows nothing about this?" Austin said smiling. He liked Calvin. He treated Taylor like a princess and him like a friend.
"Yeah its a surprise!" Calvin said smiling
"I'm glad you've found each other. I know its early days but you seem like the perfect guy for Taylor, and i think you'll make a great Brother-in-law one day. Keep doing things like this and you'll have her forever" austin said seriously.
Calvin smiled. "I hope so. I've never been this smitten in my life so thats got to mean something! I think one day you'll make a great uncle" he said laughing.
"Oi don't jump the gun!" Austin warned jokingly.
They said there goodbyes before calvin hung up and began packing. He went to bed afterwards, having to wake up early the next day.

The next morning, Taylor woke up to a text from Calvin.
C- morning baby, hope your feeling better! Got load of meetings today and then off to last minute show, so i wont be able to text much today. Break a leg tonight, you'll slay like usual!! Xx
T-bit better thanks babe. Miss you. Have fun! Xx
C- Thats good! I will do! Also There are some fans with really awesome outfits by the B stage pit tonight! Got tagged in a twitter post! They are dressing like me!! (Black t-shirt and trousers, cap!) and theyve got an amazing sign!! Love you x
T- ill keep my eye open for them!! Sound like a funny group! Love you too x

She spent the day in Chicago and went to a massage place with Haim, before returning to the arena to do a quick soundcheck and prepare for the concert.
She decided to have a nap as she was still feeling under the weather.

Meanwhile, Calvins plane had landed in chicago and he was making his way to the arena. He was so excited about surpriseing Taylor. He hoped she didnt guess from his text about the fans by the b stage! It was his method of making sure she did look down to the b stage pit as he would be in the sound booth just behind, and so she would spot him.
He considered making a sign saying 'your prince charming' but decided against it. He was extremly romantic at home but not in public.
When he arrived he rang austin who came to the back door with a all acess pass and Taylors Phone.
"The fans will post on tumblr the minute they see you, so i've taken her phone off her so she wont be able to go on tumblr. She thinks im using it to take pictures!!"
"This is why i made you my surprise sidekick as i knew you would cover all bases!!" Calvin said laughing,
They headed into the arena, and entered the sound booth for Haims short set, and then went backstage to chat with the 3 sisters as Calvin was good friends with them. Taylor has her own dressing room so didnt see Calvin. Once Taylor was on stage, they headed back to the sound booth.
Taylor performed the first few songs not noticing anything as she was too far away to see them, and then disapeared of stage to get dressed fot i know places. She began singing and slowly strutted her way doen the catwalk to the end of the runway.
She looked around for the guys dressed like Calvin but couldn't see them anywhere, and then as she sang the line "we take their shots but were butller proof, she lifted her gaze slightly to the sound booth and saw a guy dressed like Calvin. Then she realised as he grinned at her, it was Calvin!
She pointed at him, before blowing a kiss and strutting back down the run way, the crowd in the b stage pit screaming over the tayvin action!
She continued with the rest of her show, her spirits lifted. She decided last minute to play Mean not You are in Love as she knew she wouldnt be able to stop looking at Calvin if she chose You are in Love. Luckily she had soundchecked mean earlier too.
Her smile remained on her face the entire evening and she couldnt help but wave at calvin during out of the woods when there eyes met again.
The fans went wild.
After the show she sprinted backstage to find Calvin waiting for her, and she ran into his arms, and he spun her around.
He leant in to kiss her but Taylor leaned back. "Youre not getting ill mr!"
Calvin just grinned at her and piggybacked her to her changing room. He helped her into her loft 89 costume before letting her go to loft 89 whilst he packed all her stuff up.
Afterwards, they just hugged for 10 minutes straight.
"I feel so much better now already" taylor whispered. "Maybe I was just homesick."
"But you travel all the time and we're still not back home?!" Calvin said laughing.
"I'm in your arms. And thats home for me" Taylor said seriously, hugging him togther.
"Its home for me too" Calvin whispered back. "And id like to live there forever"
"I'd like that too" Taylor said smiling.
"I love you so much Taylor Alison Swift you have no idea"
"I love you too, my Prince Charming"
