THE DIM MORNING light seeped into the Tokyo Dojo, casting long shadows across the polished wooden floor as the six Venom Fang competitors gathered their belongings. This was the day they'd been training for—the journey to Barcelona for the Seikai Taikai. Satomi, Genji, Murayama, Todoroki, Sachio, and Rao stood together, their expressions reflecting a mix of anticipation and quiet determination.

Jiraiya-sensei paced before them, his hands clasped behind his back, his voice calm but commanding. "You've worked harder than any team I've ever trained," he said. "But the world stage is different. It's not just about skill; it's about mentality. When you step into that arena, remember: every move, every breath, every thought matters. Fight with honor, but fight to win."

The six students bowed deeply, their voices ringing in unison. "Yes, Sensei."

Fujio leaned casually against the wall, his usual mischievous grin firmly in place. "Guess I'll be the official cheerleader back here," he said, tossing a small snack pack into the air and catching it with ease. "Try not to make me look bad, yeah?"

"Cheerleader?" Murayama quipped, adjusting the strap on his bag. "More like the snack vendor who talks too much."

Fujio laughed. "Whatever helps you sleep at night, Murachi. Just don't let them crush you in the first round."

Satomi glanced over at the two, a rare smile tugging at her lips. "You'll have plenty of time to critique us from the sidelines," she said, her tone light but edged with focus.

The banter eased some of the tension in the room, but the reality of the challenge ahead quickly reasserted itself. As the team boarded the waiting bus, the atmosphere grew quieter, more introspective. Satomi claimed her usual seat by the window, her gaze fixed on the Tokyo skyline as it blurred past. Genji settled beside her, his posture relaxed, but his sharp eyes betrayed his alertness. Rao, Todoroki, and Sachio occupied the row behind them, engaged in a quiet discussion about potential strategies.
