Itadori stared at the large gap where trees once stood tall, the curse that had invaded the Goodwill Event no where to be seen. "At least Gojo got rid of it... but-"

"What a shame for the forest!"

An unfamiliar voice sounded in the air and before he could even try to look, the ground began to tremble and quake, the puddles of water left from the battle thrashing into waves as parts of the ground split and trees burst through the surface.

In moments, the forest was restored.

"I should tell Gojo to stop messing with the plants every time he fights."

Itadori yelped as a girl appeared right beside him, silently, as if she had been there all along. "Y-You... are you... the spirit of the forest?"

Todo looked at him and laughed, slapping him hard enough on the back that he face planted into the river. "She's nothing like that!"

Itadori was pulled to his feet by a vine and he finally got to look at you properly - sunglasses much like Gojo's on your head, your hands stuffed into the pockets of your school uniform. He looked at you, then at the restored forest, then back at you. "You... You're a student."

"Yep. You must be Megs' friend." Then you furrowed your brow. "You're... Itadori Yuji?"

"That's me."

Your head tilted up and down, examining him. "I thought you were dead."

"I came back."

Not the weirdest thing I've ever heard. "That's good, at least. Megs was pretty sad that you were gone."

"'Megs'?"

"Megumi." You rolled back your shoulder before turning to Todo. "Gojo called me back because there were invaders. I assume they're gone?"

Todo nodded, crossing his arms in thought. "Peculiar. I would've thought they'd stay to fight but they ran off."

"They all fled?"

"Yeah."

"They must've gotten what they were looking for, then. I looked around - no one's dead, so they weren't after a specific person."

"No one participating in the event is dead..."

Your eyes widened in realization. "All the staff are here except for the guards protecting the vaults. We recently collected a few of Sukuna's fingers, so they must be after that. I'll check it out." Before you ran off, you stopped and turned to Itadori. "I'm Y/N, by the way."

You raised your head from your school work, awoken by the slobber of one of Megumi's dogs. You laughed a bit before gently pushing it off your face, letting it rest in your lap while you looked at your school work.

Tsumiki walked in to the sound of your laughter with a mug of coffee, which she placed on the table. "You have so much more work than I do!"
