Feef had accompanied Dan to Sydney to attend a business meet and greet. It was a big networking event where Dan was going to pitch his idea to James Carlos and Shiekh Abdul Hannan. Even though it wasn't the first time Dan had pitched ideas to businessmen, it was the first time he was taking his wife to the meet and greet, and he was jittery. She was his biggest support, the one he had always loved since school and he didn't want to let her down. If he was able to take even one of them on board, this project would be a hit. It would change the trajectory of his career and would help him build a small empire of his own. He wouldn't have to go back to Pakistan where his wife was attacked. He could build a life for both of them here in Australia or move to some other place in the world.

"Here lemme fix your tie," Feef stood in front of him in a baby pink maxi that hugged her at all the right places and especially made her butt look round and perky. While she fixed his tie, he ran his eyes appreciatively up and down her frame before running the palm of his hand on her butt and pulling her close, causing her breath to hitch.

"You never let a chance go, do you?"

"What did I do now?" He asked innocently with a small smile playing around the corner of his lips.

Feef pulled on the tie and kissed him to loosen him up. She knew he was anxious, it was evident in even his stride. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he deepened the kiss and let him dominate it. He needed to know that he was in control not just of the kiss, but his life and the upcoming meeting.

"As much as I want to bury my face in your chest and hug the living daylights out of you, hubby, I wouldn't for fear of smearing my makeup on your suit. We don't want to be late for the meet and greet, it wouldn't reflect nicely. But I promise you, I will have you naked in my arms before this night ends, regardless of whatever happens to the deal," she said, winking at him and stealing another peck.

Dan couldn't help but smile looking at Feef, she knew how to make him forget anything. The jitteriness he was feeling was long gone, and he was looking forward to ravishing her tonight like every other night.

"You are way horny for a girl," he said slapping her butt cheek as she turned around to leave.

"Why do you think I married you? That too at 15 years of age?" She raised her left eyebrow which caused Dan to chuckle.

"Dan, you've got this. You are smart, hardworking and, more importantly, mine; you will do great. Don't let the outcome affect you. I am there for you," she kissed him tenderly as she stroked the side of his right side of face with her left thumb.

"Thanks, babe; I'm glad I have you by my side. Let's rock it together!" He said, almost teary-eyed.

"Rock me, baby," she said with a wink as she walked out of the front door, deliberately swaying her hips, causing Dan to smile and nod his head, looking at her act silly.

They had reached the ballroom in under 5 minutes as they had booked a room in the hotel where the meet and greet was supposed to occur. Some of the people who were attending the meet and greet had booked rooms in the same hotel in advance to get a chance to interact and collaborate with other colleagues even after the event.

The event was in full swing and Feef was enjoying interacting with fellow interior designers while Dan interacted with Carlos and talked about his idea. She was pleasantly surprised to see so many interior designers at this event, and it was extremely enlightening to be amongst them and talk about a similar area of interest. Feef accompanied Rosa to the restroom because she knew the layout of the ballroom better. Feef had studied the layout of the building when Dan had told her about the event a month ago. The interior design by Margaret Castello had left her in awe and she couldn't help but admire it all the more as she guided Rosa to the restroom.
