Two cities. Two girls. One outrageous rival. She wanted to be with her, but couldn't for the sake of her city and their feud with Los Angeles. She wanted to be with her but couldn't due to the feud that was happening. They just wanted to be with each other. But how can the girl in the Lakers jersey ever get with girl sporting the Rockets jersey?
"Normani, let's go!" Her mother yelled as she pulled her away from the side where the Lakers fans were
Normani looked back at Dinah, whom was looking her way also. It was going into the third quarter and things were heating up
"Bathroom" Dinah mouthed
Normani nodded and got out of her mothers' grip.
"I have to use the bathroom" she said
Her mother nodded. Normani made her escape to the bathroom all the way on the 3rd floor of the arena. Nobody would use that one because it would be closed but they always found their way into it.
"Dinah?" Normani whispered entering the bathroom
"Right here" Dinah smiled giving her a hug
Normani returned one. They separated then just sat on the ground.
"I missed you" Normani said
"I missed you too. I wish we could see each other everyday, but hiding is from our families is tough" Dinah said
"I know. I hate it, because I honestly hate this whole feud, but I also honestly don't want to be hated" Normani explained
"Me too. It's like every time Houston comes here its hectic. I just want peace" Dinah said
"But that's never going to happen, so We'll have to live like this until we go off to college. The place where we won't have to worry about all of this" Normani said
"Yeah, but speaking of college, did you get in?" Dinah asked
"Well, I mean, I guess we should start getting our room together because I'm going PENN STATE!!" Normani exclaimed
"Yay!!" Dinah smiled
"So no more feuding and having to worry about loving teams" Normani said
"Aww, but I'm gonna miss you talking about every team you love" Dinah said
"I'm not" Normani joked
She laid in Dinah's lap
"It's okay, you're still going to be my little team lover!" Dinah smiled
Normani gave Dinah a kiss
"I love you, LaLa" she smiled
"I love you more, team lover" Dinah smiled
She got her team lover and that was all that mattered
