Fame was his thing, not getting in the way was hers. But when the twosome expect a child, he runs off for fame, while she does everything on her own. She left away from everything she had and moved to Philadelphia with their daughter, Liamani. The city of brotherly love. Oh how much she loves it there. Normani used up her money from her bank account to get an average 4 bedroom, but nice home. She has a great job, Liamani is now 1 and a half and is such a star.
"Mani!!" Her friends/roommates exclaimed as they seen her walk in the house
Dinah, Lauren, Ally, and Camila. 4 girls who loved Normani and Liamani to the end. They all moved in with her months after what happened
"Hey, guys" she smiled setting Liamani down
"Hey LiLo!" Dinah smiled, picking her up
"Dinah, take Lia somewhere for a second" Ally said
Dinah took her outside on my porch
"What's going on?" Normani questioned
"See, Uh, Liam is in town" she said
"Okay" I said
"But here's the thing, he wants to see you and we invited him over here" she said
"He should be here in a minute" Lauren said
"YOU WHAT?!" I yelled
Dinah came back in
"Liam is here! Who the hell told him where we live??" Dinah questioned
She pointed to the three girl on front of her
"You left my daughter out there!" She went back out there and came face to face with him
"Normani" his English accent hit her
"Liam" she said
She took Liamani off her bike and put her on her hip
"Mani, I missed you" he said
"Good for you" she said
She walked back into her home. Ally brought him in and made him sit
"Normani, take him upstairs and talk. Things need to said and done" Ally said sternly
Normani sat Liamani down and proceeded upstairs
"Come on, ass" she pointed to Liam
"Talk" Ally said
He followed her. She let him in her room, then closed the door behind her
"What is it you came here for? Obviously everything was more important than me" She said
"What? No, Mani that's not true. Why would you think that?" He asked
"Liam, you get me pregnant and run off to fame! Not even a single call or anything" she said
"What was I supposed to do?! I had everything go for me, and a baby would just stop my flow! Mani I wanted to give you the world, but I couldn't have if I stopped everything" he said
"You were suppose to be a man. You were suppose to be there for our daughter. You could've did everything after the fact, Liam. But look at you now, you just couldn't wait to become the top shot football player" she said
"Mani" he said
"Every time the game is on, you know who she says is her favorite player? You, my child doesn't even know her own father is her favorite player" she said
"Normani stop! I know I fucked up! I know I am a poor excuse of a father. You don't have to keep telling me what I know. I'm sorry for all of it" he said
"Don't apologize to me, apologize to her. Apologize to Liamani! She's the one who you have yet say a word to" she said
"You named her after me?" He asked
"90% of her name comes from you" she said
"Oh. Can you tell me some things about her?" He asked
"Her name is Liamani Jade Payne, she was born on February 27th, she's 1 and a half" she said
"Oh" he said
She opened her door and grabbed Liamani out if Dinah's arms.
"Get away from my door" she said before closing it
"Ma ma" Liamani said
"Lia, remember when mommy said you have a daddy, but he's an arrogant a-hole who only cared about fame?" Normani asked
Liamani just nodded
"Normani" Liam said
"Well, that arrogant a-hole happens to be your favorite player. Liamani, say hello to your poor excuse of a daddy" she lies sarcastically
She set Liamani in Liam's arms
"Hi little one" he smiles
Liamani just grabs his chain
"Aww" the 4 eavesdropping girl cooed
"You want one like this?" Liam asked
Liamani nodded
Liam looked at Normani
"No no no, you are not taking her, she's spoiled enough" Normani
"Not by me, we will see you all later" he said
He moved past Normani and he had Lauren get him Lia's car seat.
"Lia, be good for your dad. LIAM DO NOT HARM MY NIECE OR I WILL HARM YOU" Lauren yelled at Liam on the last part
"Gotcha, Jauregui" he said
"Liam wait! She's allergic to Peanuts" Normani said
"Okay, Normani. Lia say bye to mommy" he said
"Ba-bye" Liamani waved
"Bye baby, mommy will see you later" she said
Liam pulled off and Normani was on the verge of chasing him, but the girls took her back in the house.
