She was screaming at him again. He wasn't answering his phone and didn't wear his ring. She was fed up.
"Ralph you're married with kids!!! You're not the 22 year old producer I met! You're 29 years old, going on 30. Grow the fuck up! And you don't even wear your ring, like what the fuck?!" She screamed at him
"True" he said
"Know what, fuck you Ralph. I'm done!" She threw her ring and he caught it
"Stop, playing and put this back on" he held the ring out
She smacked it to the floor and walked out the room. She grabbed their set of twins and walked out the house.
"Where are we going?" Her 4 year old daughter, Mackenzie, questioned
"Nah, Normani you ain't taking my kids" Ralph came out behind her
"Bye, Ralph" she said
"Daddy come on, we're going on an adventure!" Makayla, their other 4 year old daughter, exclaimed
He went over to her car door and blocked her from getting in
"Move, Ralph" she said
"No, you're not taking my daughters away from me" he said
"Ralph move!" She semi-snapped
"Baby please, just take Makayla and Mackenzie back inside and we can actually talk this out" he begged
She decided to hear him out, but that wasn't going to change her mind about leaving him.
"Fine" she sighed
He smiled and took their twins out of the car.
"No adventure?" Makayla asked
"Not today, maybe tomorrow, baby girl" he said as he sat them in their room
He exited and went to explain to his wife.
"Talk Ralph" she demanded
"You were right, I'm still acting younger than what I am, I am married with 2 beautiful daughters, and my lifestyle needs to change. My lifestyle will change. I don't want to ever have to see you cry over me, again. It breaks me" he explained
"Why the sudden change?, you go from "true" to this" she said
"Seeing you about leave, and taking our daughters with you really sealed the deal for me. I never want to have to have our daughters question why all of a sudden we aren't together anymore" he said
"True" she said
He clenched his jaw
"Mommy! Mommy!" Mackenzie ran in
"Yes, Mackenzie?" Normani answered
"Kay Kay keeps saying I not going on the adventure with her and daddy" the little one pouted
"Makayla!" Ralph yelled
Makayla came running in
"yes daddy?" She asked
"Did you tell your sister she can't go on our adventure?" He asked
"Only because she said I not going on her adventure with mommy!" She pouted
"Look, there won't be any adventures if you two don't say sorry to each other" he said
"Sorry Kenzie" she said
"Sorry Kay Kay" Mackenzie said
"Good, now go play" he said
They ran off to their room
"I'm pregnant" Normani announced out of the blue
"Whaaat?" His mouth dropped
"I'm 6 weeks pregnant, Ralph" she said
"I'm happy about this no matter what, but why the hell did I choose now not to wear condoms?" He questioned himself
"I want the answer to that too" she said
"I don't, I just want to hug my wife" he held his arms out
She hugged him.
"Ralph, do your wife and children a favor and change a bit. We don't like the fact that you stay out late and can't be home to tuck us in" she said
"I'm very sorry, Mani. I don't want you to leave me, I promise that I will change. I give you my heart on that one, baby, and I promise to be home exactly after the session ends or if you feel it's getting late just call and I can leave it at that and finish the next day" he said
She nodded.
"Want to see the ultrasound pictures?" She asked
"Of course I do" he said
She ran to her dresser and got them out
"Also, don't get confused or think you're hallucinating when you see" she said
He nodded and she gave him the pictures.
"I'm sorry, but I don't know if I am hallucinating or am I seeing double" he rubbed his eyes looking at the picture
"Nope, twins again" she said
"Twins again? Damn, I must have some type of magical sperm" he said
"Shut up" she giggled at him
"Should we tell the girls?" He asked
"Yea. Kenzie, Kayla!" She called
They ran in and Ralph sat them on the bed. Normani explained it to them.
"More babies? Do you not see this? This is enough. Kenzie and I won't stand for this! This is exasperating!" Makayla completely went off
"Makayla, stop acting lik-" Ralph stopped talking
Makayla had put her hand up, causing Ralph to put it down.
"I'm going to my room" she jumped off the bed
"Kay Kay thinks new babies will take over our world. She thinks daddy won't change. She thinks mommy is going to change" Mackenzie explained
The parents sighed as their other daughter went to her room.
"This is exasperating" Normani said

Months later, Normani gave birth to twin boys. Rylan Armani Jauregui and Ralph Mitchell Jauregui III. Makayla still doesn't like the fact that she has 2, not 1, but 2 more siblings that will be around. Mackenzie is careless. Ralph, he's a changed man. He think change is always good, except when it comes to love. Love don't change to him.
