~🎭Audrey's POV🎭~

It was Saturday morning. I was in a happy mood because I would be with Michael on a weekend! For a whole day! AHHH! It's amazing! I woke up and I sung to "Sunday Morning" by Maroon 5. I danced like a dork as I got ready to go.

"Sunday morning rain is falling, steal some color, shed some skin"

"Clouds are shrouding us in moments unforgettable, the twist to fit the mold that I am in"

"Cause things just get so crazy living life is hard to do, Sunday morning rain is falling and I'm--"

"Audrey!"

I jumped as I looked behind me. I panted heavily.

"Mom! Don't scare me like that!" I yelled

"Sorry honey. I'm just excited to see your show tonight." My mom said

"I am too, mom. Now I need to get ready."

"Sorry honey! I'll pack some yummies for you for backstage."

"Mom!" I yelled

"Okay, okay. I'm going now."

I then rolled my eyes and continued. I get dressed and I waited at the door for my dad to drop me off.

"Ready, Aida?" My dad asked

"Yeah, let's go." I said

I sat in shotgun as my dad did his daily ritual of putting on his sunglasses and nodding his head up and down indicating that he's trying to look cool.

"Dad, please hurry." I said

"Okay."

He started the car and we were driving to my high school. I had a matinee show and a 7 pm show today. At least I get to spend the whole day with Michael. That's one of the many great things.

We had arrived minutes later and I jumped out of the car and I ran inside the theater room. Not even saying goodbye to my dad. I ran inside and started getting ready.

I creeped up into the girls dressing room and I surprisingly popped in and I said...

"Well, good morning friend-o's!"

To absolutely nobody. Just the silent, stupid air.

"Dammit. I did it again." I murmured

I was the first girl here. There were like several guys here also.

"Well, hello Audrey Cayle." Billy said as he came into the girls dressing room.

"Billy! How are you?" I said playing along

"Pretty confident. You?"

"Same. First high school musical and I'm not nervous. I got rid of nerves a long time ago. Like...two or three years ago."

"Your full nerves?!"

"No! Nerves of stage-fright dumbass." I said jokingly

"Haha I know. I was kidding."

"Uh-huh. (Yeah right. Dummy head.)"

"Anyways, you ready for circle again?" Billy asked

"I guess. But it gets like legit emotional. I'm like Burton Guster from 'Psych'. I'm a sympathetic cryer." I said

"You're a mix of both Shawn and Gus." Billy said

"I'm more of Shawn but I have traits of Gus. So I guess."
