Carlito left me to go see his family in Cuba, I was fine with it. It'd give me time to get some things out of the way. Standing in front of the foggy mirror I smudged eyeliner on my waterline, letting out a deep sigh and closing my eyes. I couldn't believe I was doing this. But if there was anything I needed to let go from my past this was it. Applying a nude lipstick and glancing over my appearance before turning the bathroom lights off along with the rest of the lights as I made my way through the home. I actually looked way to go to be looking for revenge. I had a fitted nude dress on, my hair wet and slicked back. Grabbing my bag as I made my way to the damn near empty parking garage, my heels clicking against the cement. My heart beating against my chest as I unlocked my car, stopping when I noticed the note on my window shield. Reaching for the crisp, white note. Glancing around the garage to see nobody there, flipping the folded paper up.

I'm looking forward to our evening -Lance.

Crumbling it up and jumping into my car, starting it up and flooding out as I put Hendrix on the hand free call. "What's up darling?"
"He knows where I live!" I became nervous as my heard thudded.
"He does? How?"
"If I knew you think I'd tell you. Hen-"
"Chill out, alright? You know I gotchu, okay? Now go through with everything as planned." I nodded as if he could see me.
"You think it's gon work?"
"If not I'm right there."
"Okay, well I'm almost there."
"Take care." He ended the call and I tapped my thumb against the steering wheel as I pulled up to the restaurant he agreed to meet me at. Pulling myself together before getting out and walking through, "How can I help you miss?"
"I have reservations under Smith." The host nodded and led me to the table where he was already sitting, looking up Hendrix and Jimmy weren't too far from the table. They winked over their menu at me. Letting out a sigh of relief and smiling down at Lance, "You actually showed." He stood to give me a hug and peck my cheek. Feeling my whole body tense up.
"Why wouldn't I? I set the whole thing up," I smiled slightly before taking a seat in the chair he pulled out for me.
"Just thought you'd back out," he shrugged. "I placed the order already. You still like lobster, right?" He smirked slightly giving me a sick feeling.
"Yeah, that's fine." I gulped and wasted no time drinking on the white wine he had ordered.
The conversation was filled with him reminiscing and me being on the verge of throwing up. Biting my lip and nodding when he continued talking about how much fun we used to have, I wanted so badly to hit him over the head with my wine glass. But I refrained.

"Uh, I'm getting kind've bored with this scene. Wanna head somewhere else?" I glanced up at him from my empty glance, he smirked slowly. Already seeing the lust in his grey eyes.

"Yeah, that's cool. Where ya wanna go?" He pulled his wallet out to handle the bill.

"I have some place in mind. I'm going to freshen up real quick." He nodded and called the host over. Going towards the restrooms until Hendrix walked up,"I swear you don't know how badly I wanted to slash his throat." I said enraged, clenching my fists as I paced. He grabbed my forearms and glared down at me.
"You'll take out all that aggression shortly, cool out." I nodded with a burning feeling in my chest.
"Alright, were leavin now."
"Okay, go before he gets suspicious." I walked away from him and back to the table.
"Ready?" I asked him and he nodded slowly, standing along with me and following me to my car. "I'll drive." I quirked an eyebrow but proceeded to hand him my keys.

I glanced over at him as he took a completely different route then discussed, I started getting an uneasy feeling. Glancing down at the rearview to see that the SUV was no longer on our tail end. "Oh, i already handled ya little friends." He mumbled gripping the steering wheel tighter. My eyes grew wide and I grabbed my phone to see I had no service.
Unlocking the door and trying to unlock it but he yanked me back by my hair and threw me back. "Just listen and we won't have problems." He clenched onto my throat. Sinking my teeth into his hand and head butting him. Opening the door and climbing out, running on bare feet. You would've mistaken me for a track racer. "Fuck is you going, Trin? I'm all you got!" He yelled with blood dripping from his head and open arms.
"No! That's not true, leave me alone!" I screamed and fell to my knees. Sobbing until my body shook.

"TRINITY!" I shot my eyes open and Carlito looked at me beyond confused. "You good? You just started screaming and sobbing," he held me by my forearms searching my eyes. I glanced away from him and glanced up at the several, confused faces surrounding me. The waiters came to out side whispering to Carlito, "Yeah, yeah she's fine. I got it." He helped me up to my feet. Beau stood at the head of the table giving us both an abrasive glance, gulping and apologizing repeatedly. Carlito clenched his jaw down at me before guiding me from the back room down some stairwell.

"What was that?" He searched my eyes and I shook my head.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I slipped up," I sniffled and attempted at stopping my tears.

"Slipped up? What you talking about? Trinity?" He furrowed his eyebrows.

"I just need to go." I attempted at walking away but he pulled me back into him.

"Go where?"

"I don't know, just stay low for a while. Figure things out."

"Figure what? Trinity you're delirious right now." I glanced up at him and pecked the corner of his lips before grabbing my clutch from him and rushing out of the building. Where are you going Trinity?
