• Will's POV •

On the drive home, all I could think about was not kissing Jordan. I wasn't sure if he remembered our kiss. Maybe he was too drunk. I should have at least kissed him goodbye when I had the chance. I'm not sure where our relationship stands at this point. I guess you could call us friends. More than friends? A blush sprang to my cheeks as I thought about it. Hi, this is Jordan, my boyfriend. I shiver ran down my spine. I can still feel his lips on mine from last night. I can still feel the way his eyes raked over my body as I walked to the table for breakfast.

I was still smiling when I walked into my house, my suit draped over my arm. My mum had a giant smile on her face as she greeted me.

"Did you have fun?" She asked, kissing my cheek. She grabbed my suit from me and walked it into the other room.

"Yeah," I answered as she walked back in. I couldn't help the smile that was spreading across my face. My mum raised her eyebrows as she looked at my clothes. "They're Jordan's," I said, blushing a bit.

"You like him," my mum said, simply.

"Is it that obvious?" I asked. She let out a laugh and sat down at our table, motioning for me to sit with her. I did and she just smiled at me for a few seconds.

"What happened at prom? Let me know everything," she said, grabbing my hands above the table. "Obviously it went well because you didn't come home last night,"

"He kissed me," I said. I've always told my mum everything and it's nice to finally tell someone that my feelings for Jordan are real.

"And?"

"And then I kissed him," I said, my lips tingling. My mum always had a way of making me feel heard. She always listened with her full attention.

"How does Jordan feel?" She asked.

"I don't know. He kissed me first but he was-" I started. Way to go, Will, just tell  your mum about all the illegal stuff you did last night.

"Was what?" She asked.

"He was kind of out of it; tired," I said, hoping she wouldn't ask anymore questions. "And he didn't reach out to me at all this morning. He just made me breakfast," I added. My mum rose her eyebrows again.

"Cooking you breakfast on the first date? I like Jordan too. He seems like a nice kid," she said. My cheeks were definitely pink throughout this entire conversation.

"I'm going to head upstairs and get a shower," I said, making up any excuse to stop talking about Jordan for right now.

"Okay, we can talk more later," she said, smiling. I got up and walked quickly up the stairs and into the bathroom. I did need a shower. I pulled Jordan's shirt off of me and as it passed my nose, I caught the smell of Jordan. It was a pleasant smell. It made me feel somehow closer to him. My phone was sitting on the edge of the sink and I debated texting him. If he doesn't remember our kiss, maybe he doesn't even like me. My heart shattered a little bit and I pushed that thought out of my mind. I stared at my phone while the steam from the shower fogged up the mirror, debating if I should text him. I picked it up and typed out something really quick.

I had a fun time at prom, thank you :) I wrote. I erased the smiley face and then hit send, setting my phone down, and finally entering the shower.
